I wanted some rectangular plates that could be used as dinner plates too, as well as small serving platters. These are perfect and I already know these will be used everyday for breakfasts, lunches or dinners. They quite weighty but not overly heavy, and not so fine they'll chip or break easily.Also, these will fit nicely in my dishwasher!Very happy, well packaged too.
