    I bought this product specifically to track sleep so most of this review will be about this feature as I don't use the others. It is also iOS centric as this is the phone I have so can't comment on the Android experience which may differ.The device seems to track different sleep cycles fairly well, although I do question its accuracy and it doesn't track REM (only 'awake', 'light sleep' and 'deep sleep'. These cycles are also rounded to the nearest 10 minutes. I suspect this is related to the fact that automatic readings are limited to a minimum of every 15 minutes (although you can manually initiate heart rate and blood oxygen readings) which is probably done to manage battery life which is excellent. After two nights of use, it is still at 80% (after initially charing to 100% after unboxing) so should last over a week with just nightly use. The charging cable is magnetic on the device end but is a little bit flimsy and easy to accidentally disconnect. The other end is USB-A. There is no mains power plug but understandable at this price point.Integration with Apple Health unfortunately is poor and very basic. Despite the device tracking sleep cycles and being able to view this in the device's app (Runmefit), it only syncs a simple total 'time asleep' to the Apple Health app (see image). This is a deal breaker for me and is forcing me to look for an alternative as manually inputting data is a chore, especially as I cannot find a way of viewing raw data from the device. There is cloud syncing within the manufacturer's app, but I am weary of privacy with this being a Chinese product so have steered well away from that including disabling notifications and location and limiting Apple Health app syncing to just sleep and heart beat which thankfully only requests write only.The design of the device is good, it looks sleek and is light weight. The metal clasp is a little uncomfortable for me (I don't normally wear a watch) but not distracting enough to affect sleep. The screen is low-res but to be expected at this price point and it doesn't bother me as I don't really use the screen anyway. There is no touch-screen but has a touch sensitive button to cycle through the menu on-device, although most interaction is done via the app, which is easy to use and also has a wide choice of watch faces to choose from. Be careful what personal information you input on first start-up though (you can skip each request) as you cannot delete it afterwards without resetting the app.Edit: Down to 1 star from 3 as it stopped working entirely after just 3 days, had to return it.

    Very happy with this watch, I am disabled and need to keep track of heart rate, and sleep patterns, it has an easy to read app that breaks the date down so you can compare each day, you can download fun screens too. Just as good as the more expensive brands

    Initially thought great value and item but after 3 months just went off. There was constant daily sync issuses where the watch would have to be deleted from app and re scanned for it to sync data. Sometimes no data was recorded in app either. If it had synced in 24hr the clock was out by nearly 9 mins ! Initially impressed but have now been on to Bolo who are accepting return and refund as there is no warranty info with item on box or leaflet accompanying and seller can't be contacted. Spend a bit more for a better product. Plus point charging lead was good design.

    Got this for the wife, and it unfortunately died on he first gym session. The manufacturer's customer service was EXCELLENT in response to me complaining and would say that I probably got a dud
