Im going to ramble a little but it may help some...I have a almost 6 year old who has had trouble getting to sleep since birth. Then would constantly wake up throughout the night. We have a routine and have tried everything set inplace for a good night sleep. But she just cannot switch off, you can see she is trying and really is tired but her mind just won't stop. The other day after another sleepless night I took her to the Dr's for help/advice or even melatonin. Being in the UK they only prescribe that to people diagnosed with ADHD or autism. She shows many traits of ADHD but because she doesn't miss behave I'm not taken seriously when asking for assessments. Anywho Dr's was useless and I was so desperate for some sleep for us both I remembered a friend "who's child is diagnosed with one of the above" talking about these. So I ordered them! Spoke with my little one and explained that we are going to see if it helps her sleep.We both tried them (I took two) and she had one. They taste quite nice and I can imagine them being palletable to most people. Anoywho we carry on with out night time routine and nothing seemed to be happening. She was still absolutely wide awake doing her usual chatting me to death. Then she breaks down and said these are not making me sleep mom ! By this time I could feel myself feeling quite calm I can't explain. So I told her they're not sleeping pills that will put you to sleep. They are the vits your body can you to help you fall asleep you till have to try. She said OK and we were just laying down staring at each other. I was stroking her eyebrows and then three blinks and she was out cold!I cannot believe it. That night I was able to get over 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. We have both been taking them and I've come on here to order another tub.Like I said they do not knock you out they will not force you to sleep. If your child wants to sleep and is trying to sleep I think they will work just fine. But if your child does not want and that is the problem I don't think they'd be helpful as they don't force you to sleep just takes the edge off the head noise. I myself am waiting for my official diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and I have difficulty switching off. Cannot recommend these enough. Really helped this family out so far. If you're in a similar situation it's definitely worth a try .

Our boy has always been an awful sleeper, walking frequently and also early mornings Which were getting earlier (we're taking 4:30am!). In desperation, we went all in and started these gummies along with 'sleepy patches' and a rigid bedtime routine. The routine has fallen away a bit but we've maintained three use of the gummies and patches as there was a definite improvement in sleep. Last night, after about three weeks of consistency, he slept the whole night through and didn't wake up until 6:10am! Something is working, is it the gummies? Who knows? But we're definitely continuing with them.

I bought these for my 8yr old son and iv tried 2 nights on the trot so far and they have not worked at all the first night he was still awake at 4.30am and it’s now 1.14am and he is still going strong! I would not recommend or buy again. The only reason I bought these was because of the majority good reviews but now Iv wasted a tenner on some gummies that don’t work.

My 10yo son has always struggled with bedtime. I read that magnesium and l-theanine can have a calming effect (I take both at bedtime myself) and so it was great to find these gummies formulated for children. They do seem to have helped him drift off to sleep more easily and he likes the routine of having a gummie before he brushes his teeth!

Been trying these out for over a week now on my eldest who doesn’t sleep through the night. I feel that he’s getting better quality sleep and is falling asleep faster, but he still wakes up in the night.They don’t do what we wanted them to, but it seems they have had other benefits

My daughter struggled to shut off at night despite reading lavender bath calming music they would just get her more frustrated. But after taking the gummies she can now relax and fall asleep easier. Less stressful night times.

Started taking my 6 year old ages to fall asleep at night so tried these on recommendation from friend. 1st month I wasn't convinced some nights she went quicker than others but it was in school holidays, bedtime all over the place and she was between home and my parents place due to me working. Ordered 2nd bottle for September and with a proper routine they seem to have more effect so I do feel there helping

Gutes Produkt wenn der Tag anstrengend war
Wenn der Tag mal sehr hart war ,oder am nächsten Tag einiges ansteht. Die Gummibärchen helfen gut beim einschlafen
Ne fonctionne pas
Je prends une autre marque d'habitude. Là c'est la catastrophe les gummies ne fonctionne pas. En regardant les ingrédients il y a absolument pas de melatonine (je comprends mieux) j'ai voulu essayé sur moi je prends 2 mg de melatonine voir 4 selon certaines fois j'ai donc pris 3 petit gummies aucune efficacité que sa soit sur moi ou mes 2 filles. De l'argent perdu

Nicht funktioniert
Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Leider hat es bei meiner 4-jährigen Tochter, die einen unruhigen Schlaf hat, nicht funktioniert. Die ganze Packung ist aufgebraucht.
