after looking at various online unboxing etc, I decided to grab one that is currently (as on 29/08/2024) £59.99 (40% off).I noticed unlike the online unboxing videos, I notice there's no longer three cables, and instead just one.it is however a flat ribbon cable (this doesn't bother me, but for those that it does bother, it might be worth getting some small flat trunking to clean it up a bit)installation is simple enough, the cables are coloured and labelled (c-1,c-2,c-3 etc) and as long as you have triple checked your model number of intercom, it's as simple as loosening the terminals and inserting the already prepared wire ends. For me I have a Videx system, and the 3011 handset came in three types on the app. as a 4-wire, 5-wire, and smart. no label on my handset told me what version it was but after looking and counting, I had 5 wires. the instructions for the 5-wire and smart versions were exactly the same so I went for it.Once done, everything works as it should, the intercom at the front door, operates the same as it did before, the handset inside operates as it did before, the bonus now is, your mobile goes off and allows you to talk/unlock.there is another use for these... there has been times when both myself and my partner have shot out the door to empty the bin and forgot the key. Even if either of us is away, I can remotely unlock the lobby door.device sticks to the wall well with no issues.some users here have reported the device throwing 'errors'. this might actually not be down to the device itself. I have noticed, it will throw an error if the door is presently in the process of unlocking (from another flat).For me though, it will solve my issue of various delivery people not delivering parcels.I will fit a sticker on my front door along with a 'ring logo' on my number on the intercom faceplate (I have permission to do so) gone will be the days where they use trades button, knock my front door, I don't hear it or not in and they wander off with parcel in hand saying I wasn't in. the sticker will instruct them to press my intercom. which will activate ring.all in all a good product and worth the money if you can get it with 40% off.

This is very possibly the most useful thing I have ever bought. I recently moved into a block of 3 apartments, there is an intercom entry system but no means for delivery couriers to gain access to the communal hallway unless I am home; which is rarely! The ring intercom alerts me when someone rings the doorbel, allows me to speak to them, and if need be - unlock the door. I can do this from my phone from anywhere in the world as long as I have a mobile data signal.Delivery (to my local hub - (for the very last time) was same day. Fitting it could not have been easier. Unpack the box and pop the battery on to charge. Whilst waiting for that, download the ring app and follow the idiot proof instructions. Yes, ok, it involves doing a bit of wiring; if you are able to wire a 3 pin plug you will have no difficulty doing this. Like I say, the app gives you step by step easy to follow instructions. Everything you need is in the box, including screwdrivers. Within 30 minutes the thing was on my wall and fully functional. Easy peasy.Before you buy one, check that your door entry system is compatible. The system on my block must be 25 years old and not a brand that I had previously heard of - but it was on the list and about 7 different models were all listed!No one will ever call at my place and find me 'not at home'.

Totalmente RECOMENDABLE, aunque tu comunidad tenga un portero automático antiguo...
Mi interfono, un Fermax analógico de 5 hilos de 1982, de mi comunidad de propietarios, sólo podía usarlo de forma "tradicional" (descolgando el telefonillo "in situ"). Mi comunidad no quiere meterse en el gasto de cambiarlo, con lo que no tenía salida... Compré un aparato de la misma marca, que no pude instalar, pues era incompatible (sólo valía para instalaciones digitales). Ahí lo tengo "arrumbado"...En cambio, este Ring lo he podido instalar (yo solo, con lo "poco manitas" que soy), y funciona de maravilla. Ya podemos salir de casa SIN LLAVES (tenemos una cerradura electrónica en la puerta, y ahora esto... Nos falta el garaje de la comunidad, y ya estamos en ello...). Funciona perfectamente con el móvil (en casa somos 4 usuarios + una cuñada a la que le hemos dado acceso).Al ir con WiFi, podemos hablar y abrir en la distancia (así nadie sabe cuándo no estamos en casa). Yo puedo estar en Japón o en el sofá de mi casa y, mientras tenga datos en el móvil, hablar con quien llame o abrir la puerta del portal de mi casa en Murcia...También lo tenemos con Alexa. Al sonar, le decimos: "Alexa, habla con Vestíbulo" (que es como le hemos llamado), y mantienes conversación con quien haya llamado, o "Alexa, abre vestíbulo", y abre inmediatamente. Estas instrucciones las puedes dar aunque nadie haya llamado (al igual que abrir desde el móvil).Eso sí, la app "nativa" es bastante compleja y poco intuitiva. Para darte de alta, el administrador (yo) envía invitaciones por correo. El que la recibe tiene que crearse una cuenta de Ring, y luego cuesta "dar con la tela" para que te funcione. Pero al final lo consigues, y ya es sencillo.No hace falta batería de recambio (ni "cargador"), pues la que lleva dura unos 4 meses (con uso de más de 20 veces al día), y se carga al 100% con el cargador del móvil en unas 3 - 4 horas (aprovechando la noche, si no "falta nadie en casa").Como he dicho, mi portero automático es "histórico"... Pero por lo que veo, si tuviera videoportero, además podría ver las imágenes en el móvil con el Ring...Sólo le pongo un "PERO": cuando llaman, o eres rápido, o no puedes contestar. Sí abrir, pero no hablar, pues el mensaje emergente de que te están llamando dura muy poco (unos 3-5 segundos) y, que yo sepa, no es configurable...En la configuración puedes (o no, según quieras), hacer que te avise con un sonido (configurable) cada vez que alguien "de los tuyos" abra la puerta. Otro "pero" es que no sabes quién ha sido (simplemente te pone que "por el usuario compartido" sin especificar quién es).Muy buena compra. Lo recomiendo (y el resto de mi familia también). Con este "invento", que puedes usar aunque tu comunidad no quiera cambiar nada, puedo decir que "Bienvenidos al Siglo XXI", gastando muy poco dinero... Para mí, una de las mejores compras que he hecho últimamente...

J'ai craqué pour ce produit en promotion à 60€. J'en avais assez des livreurs qui ne trouvaient pas mon adresse, ma boîte aux lettres ou mon bâtiment (ils appellent et basta). Avec ce dispositif, je peux enfin à distance donner accès à nos deux interphones.Le montage n'est pas compliqué du moment que le modèle est identifié. En pratique, ce qui m'a pris le plus de temps, c'est que je voulais être sûr à 100% du modèle d'un ancien interphone Urmet 1130/55.Une fois identifié, l'application permet de faire la configuration assez facilement. Il suffit alors de connecter les fils bien identifiés aux bornes de l'interphone en faisant attention de ne rien débrancher. C'est très accessible, il faut faire quelques photos avant par précaution. Fonctionnement du premier coup !
Meraviglioso, posso finalmente aprire la porta quando non ci sono.
Qualche tempo fa ci siamo trasferiti in una casa a schiera, con una porta perimetrale (che sarebbe stata la porta d'ingresso, ma non una porta comunitaria) e stavamo cercando soluzioni per poter rispondere alle chiamate quando non eravamo lì.Abbiamo installato un videocitofono ARLO, di cui siamo molto soddisfatti, funziona facendoti sapere perfettamente quando vieni chiamato, con una qualità dell'immagine e del suono eccezionali.Ma c'è un grosso inconveniente: non siamo riusciti ad aprire la porta esterna con lui.Per fare ciò, abbiamo dovuto installare un videocitofono cablato integrato, che ha aumentato il budget di una barbarie.Quindi ora avevamo due campanelli sulla porta esterna: il classico portiere, che se chiamavano e siamo fuori non lo sappiamo, e il videocitofono ARLO, che a volte non chiamavano (e non lo sapevamo) o se chiamavano non riuscivamo ad aprire.Ora con questo dispositivo l'abbiamo risolto, posso già vedere chi mi chiama tramite il videocitofono, e poi aprire la porta grazie a questo dispositivo, è una meraviglia.Anche se con questo dispositivo puoi fare le due funzioni di base di un citofono ma dal tuo cellulare:- Parla con chi ti chiama, la comunicazione è bidirezionale- Apri la portaCosì i corrieri di Bolo non devono buttare i miei pacchi oltre il recinto perché non posso April, li apro e lascio il pacco all'ingresso, sono felice.Prima di tutto, quanto è facile da installare. Vi assicuro che non ho la minima conoscenza di elettricità o cavi e mi ci sono voluti letteralmente 2 minuti per assemblarlo.Le istruzioni dell'app non potrebbero essere più semplici e concise, ti danno anche consigli per nascondere i cavi... una meraviglia.Devi prima verificare se il tuo portiere è compatibile, nelle stesse caratteristiche del prodotto su Bolo ti dice come vedere il modello, il produttore e se è compatibile.Nel mio caso è un Fermax compatibile.E visto che è uscito in vendita a 40 euro... quale migliore scusa per provarlo. È stato il miglior investimento che ho fatto in tempo.L'installazione, come ho detto, è molto semplice.Smonta il portiere (ha solo una vite e rimuovi il coperchio, com'è semplice un portiere, non l'avrei mai immaginato) e collega i cavi seguendo le istruzioni dettagliate dell'app, impossibile da fallire.Viene fornito con diversi cablaggi predisposti a seconda del portiere, che ti dirà passo dopo passo di quale imbracatura ti serve e dove collegarla (anche con immagini). La struttura fisica non necessita di alcun tipo di allenamento.Viene fornito con i cablaggi, le viti e i tasselli per fissarlo alla parete e persino un cacciavite, il più completo possibile.Per installare il dispositivo, devi solo collegarlo al tuo citofono di casa, non devi fare nulla davanti alla porta d'ingresso (né tua, né sul portale se è di comunità)Per connettere il dispositivo alla rete Wi-Fi, devi solo posizionare la batteria e passa in modalità connessione, con l'app ti connetti alla tua rete a 2,4 GHz e il gioco è fatto, facile come tutti questi dispositivi di automazione domestica.Funziona con una batteria ricaricabile, non può essere alimentato da corrente alternata.Ecco la grande domanda, quanto dura la batteria??? Nel mio caso, l'ho installata il 26.04.23 con la batteria al 100%, e oggi il 15.05.23 con un utilizzo normale (2-3 chiamate al giorno, tranne nei fine settimana, e più impigliati dalla novità) è ancora all'88%, quindi per tutta la durata non lo sarà.Inoltre, l'app indica il livello della batteria, quindi quando si esaurisce è sufficiente rimuoverla e caricarla di notte.Questa batteria si rimuove facilmente, viene caricata tramite una presa micro-USB (cavo incluso) e impiega circa 5 ore per caricarsi.Questa ricarica micro-USB è l'unico aspetto negativo che ho messo sul dispositivo.L'app è molto semplice e utile e ti consente non solo di aprire la porta, ma ti avvisa anche quando suona il campanello, in modo da poter rispondere e parlare con chi chiama.Naturalmente, dall'app, puoi configurare completamente l'interfono, aprire più dispositivi, condividere le autorizzazioni in modo che anche un'altra persona a casa possa rispondere e aprire la porta e molto altro ancora.Ma la cosa migliore è che puoi aprire la porta quando vuoi, non devi aspettare che chiamino, li guardo sul videocitofono, lui ha cambiato l'app in Ring e io apro la porta, fantastico!!Ovviamente, per parlare devono chiamarti.Ma ho appena scoperto che puoi parlare al citofono senza che chiamino, grazie a... ALEXA.L'integrazione con Alexa è perfetta, puoi dire che «Alexa apre la porta» e attiva l'apertura, ma anche «Alexa parla alla porta», così puoi sentire il tuo citofono e persino parlare senza che bussi.Un passaggio.

Hace un tiempo nos mudamos a un adosado, con su puerta perimetral propia (lo que seria la puerta del portal, pero no comunitario) y estábamos buscando soluciones para poder atender las llamadas a ella cuando no estábamos. Instalamos un video portero de la marca ARLO, con el cual estamos encantados, funciona avisando a la perfección cuando te llaman, con una calidad de imagen y sonido genial.Pero tiene una gran pega, no podíamos abrir la puerta de fuera con él.Para ello teníamos que instalar un videoportero cableado integrado, lo cual subía el presupuesto una barbaridad.Así que ahora teníamos dos timbres en la puerta de fuera; el del portero clásico, al cual si llamaban y estamos fuera no nos enteramos, y el video portero de ARLO, al cual a veces no llamaban (y no nos enteramos) o si llaman no podemos abrir.Ahora con este dispositivo lo hemos solucionado, ya puedo ver quien me llama por el video portero, y luego abrir la puerta gracias a este dispositivo, es una maravilla.Aunque con este dispositivos puedes hacer las dos funciones básicas de un portero automático pero desde tu móvil:- Hablar con quien te llame, la comunicación es bidirectional- Abrir la puertaAsí que los repartidores de Bolo no tienen que tirarme los paquetes por la valla porque no puedo abril, les abro y me dejan el paquete en la entrada, estoy encantado. Lo primero, lo fácil que se instala. Os aseguro que no tengo el mas mínimo conocimiento de electricidad ni cables, y me costó 2 minutos literalmente montarlo.Las instrucciones en la app no pueden ser más concisas y fáciles, hasta te da los consejos para escamotear los cables… una maravilla. Debes ver primero si tu portero es compatible, en las propias características del producto en Bolo te indica como ver el modelo, fabricante y si es compatible.En mi caso es un Fermax compatible.Y como salió en oferta de 40 euros… que mejor excusa para probarlo. Ha sido la mejor inversión que he hecho en tiempos. La instalación, lo dicho, facilísima.Desmontar tu portero (solo tiene un tornillo y quitar la tapa, lo sencillo que es un portero, nunca lo hubiera imaginado) y conectar los cables siguiendo las indicaciones paso a paso de la app, imposible fallar.Viene con diferente mazos de cables preparados en función de tu portero, él te dira cual mazo necesitas y donde conectarlo paso a paso (hasta con imágenes). La instalación física no necesita ningún grado de capacitación.Trae con los mazos de cables, tornillos y tacos para fijarlo en pared y hasta un destornillador, mas completo imposible. Para la instalación del dispositivo solo tienes que conectarlo a tu portero automático de casa, no debes hacer nada en la puerta de entrada (ni en la tuya, ni en la del portal si es comunitario)Para la conexión del dispositivo a la red wifi solo debes colocar la batería y entra en modo conexión, con la app te conectas a tu red de 2.4gHz y listo, tan fácil como todos estos aparatos de domótica. Funciona con una batería recargable, no se puede alimentar de corriente alterna.He aquí la gran duda, cuanto dura la batería??? En mi caso lo instale el día 26.04.23 con la batería al 100%, y hoy día 15.05.23 con uso normal (2-3 llamadas al día, salvo fines de semana, y enredando más por la novedad) aun esta al 88%, así que por duración no va a ser.Además en la app te indica el nivel de batería, así que cuando este acabándose con retirarla y cargarla por la noche es suficiente.Esta batería se extrae fácilmente, cargándose por toma micro-usb (cable incluido) tardando unas 5 horas en cargar.Esta carga por micro-usb es la única pega que le pongo al dispositivo.La app es sencillísima y util, permite no sólo abrir la puerta sino también te notifica cuando llaman al timbre de tu portero, así puedes contestar y hablar con quien llama.Por supuesto desde la app puedes configurar totalmente el intercom, abrir más dispositivos, compartir permisos para que otra persona de casa pueda también contestar y abrir la puerta y mucho más.Pero lo mejor es que puedes abrir la puerta cuando quieras, no tienes que esperar a que llamen, yo los veo por el vídeo portero, cambió la app a Ring y abro la puerta, genial!!Eso si, para poder hablar te tienen que llamar.Pero acabo de descubrir que si que se puede hablar con el intercom sin que llamen, gracias a….ALEXA.La integración con Alexa es perfecta, puedes decirle que “Alexa abre la puerta” y activa la apertura, pero también “Alexa habla con la puerta”, así puedes escuchar tu portero automático e incluso hablar sin que llamen.Una pasada.Los 40 euros mejor gastados en mucho tiempo.
