these gummies are sticky on my teeth but taste fine.I bought this product to fix my constipation but felt absolutely zero difference. I even had 8-10 gummies a day.

These magnesium gummies have a good composition. The dosage is right and effective for muscle relaxation and also absorbs well. No bad side effects or digestion issues. However, if you take too much magnesium, it can act as a laxative.The taste is okay, it's just generically sweet. I wouldn't say it's strawberry flavoured, just like sugar, and it is frosted too. The texture is very chewy and it does leave residue on the teeth. The tub is good quality and seals well to keep it airtight.

What I can say is that this gummy form smells nice, it tastes nice, and I really like having one less pill to swallow. I'd highly suggest keeping it well away from children as they could easily think it's candy.
