    This bag of freeze dried raspberries arrives in a heat sealed mylar bag with a press close seal you can use once you've opened them the first time.They have a best before date of February 2025, but once you open the packet you should ideally use them asap.You can help to keep them in top condition once opened by vacuum/heat sealing the bag.I use these in home made icecream & they are absolutely delicious.They are all in tiny 'broken' bits so if you are expecting whole rapberries, or even bits you can easily tell are raspberries before you eat them, you will be disappointed.They taste very fresh & fruity (we snacked on the few we didn't put in our ice-cream) & also go well on Sundaes or in a Raspberry version of an Eton mess.I wish they'd been sealed into 2 smaller packets inside though, as this is a lot to use in one go.

    The raspberry pieces come in a very large zip seal bag, hard to tell from the photo but the bag is only half full. Not organic I believe even though the brand is named detox organica. I've never tried freeze dried raspberries before and other than the initial texture being different and less juice they taste just like raspberries. They melt in the mouth but you do still get the occasional bits stuck in your teeth, the seeds no doubt - as with fresh raspberries.Of course these last longer than fresh but they also last longer as whenever I get some fresh raspberries they are gone in a day ! These are ideal on top of yoghurt, oats, ice cream or even for baking - and possibly better for baking as not adding a wet ingredient. Price wise they compare with fresh raspberry prices so good value considering some production costs are involved to create the freeze dried version.

    Detox Organica Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces 100g.My daughter and myself have both tried these, my daughter with porridge and myself with frosties.They really give a bit of zing to your cereals and porridge.It takes 700 grams of raspberries to produce each 100 gram bag, we each used approximately 2 teaspoons each with our breakfasts, too be honest it probably only needed 1 teaspoon.They really do freshen up your food and in a way offer more flavour than actually adding raspberries.These can be used in so many different ways and they are 100% natural nothing added just raspberries.Overall, absolutely lovely.

    I was so excited when I saw this bag of freeze-dried raspberry and super excited to test it out. The pieces are very small but the ideal size to mix into cereal/porridge (which is delicious!) and the flavour is spot on. Can't fault this item at all and it has definitely made my morning breakfast as lot more fun with this added into it.

    Wow, what a lovely big bag, I forgot how light weight freeze dried raspberries are, so you get a lot of them in 100g. I love how versatile these are, I really like them to use in desserts, in cakes and as a snack. These are super delicious; you don’t lose any flavour or any goodness in freeze dried fruit. They pair perfectly with white chocolate for cookies, they make great butter cream, and they are nice in porridge. They really transform a boring iced cake into a much better looking and tasting cake. Amazing with meringue and cream. Bet you can’t use them without snacking on them too, just as well they are healthy and low in calories, Impressed.
