5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect + amazing value
Bought for some android gaming but especially streaming via Xbox or PC; works almost flawlessly for cloud gaming provising you have decent fibre internet speeds.Anything running on the phone native works great with the controller which is extremely comfortable, robust and correct size, an issue with the Nintendo Switch joycons for example.Honestly I would never consider playing proper android games before owning this but now it's like a having a fully powered console. Deffo worth £80.Minor cons would be very slight wiggle as it's not secured with any clips or something, and the phone connector is quite delicate but TBF I haven't had an issue to date.If you want a switch, ps portal or steam deck etc this isn't the same but covers much of the same potential at a fraction of the cost. The fact you don't need Bluetooth and batteries etc is excellent as well, it's effectively a large phone case with gaming controls. Awesome
5.0 out of 5 stars An amazing controller
This is great for playing mobile games or loading up retroatch and using some emulators on my phone. However I would say if you want something it is more compatible with tablets or want a wireless option the go for the g8+. I have both and the button response is great with little to no latency the setup with the app is straight forward and can be used with psn remote play xbox cloud gaming or even mobile games. Great controllers highly recommend.
4.0 out of 5 stars At first I thought it wasn't working, but once it works it is great.
The setup is confusing and it was difficult to find any information on how to get it working. With my phone (Realme RMX1993) I had to download the app for certain games to work. Before connecting the phone to the controller I have to go to settings, additional settings and enable OTG connection first and each time I use it, otherwise it doesn't work. Until doing this all that was happening was usb charging, and my phone and the app didn't register it being connected. None of the official manuals mentioned this as far as I can tell and I had to find this out on an internet forum.Once it is working it just works with most games straight away. If the game has on screen touch controls only, you can remap them to the physical controls using the Gamesir app. The app has a calibration mode and mode for testing the buttons. Works on most games, even if there's no official controller support. There's macro recording options and auto and turbo fire options. There's 3 modes for Android, Playstation and Xbox (for the live streaming apps) and the colour of the LEDs changes to show which mode you're in. I have only used Android and Xbox mode. There is a button combination to change modes, but it is usually automatic. The buttons, triggers and sticks all feel high quality, finely textured and made from good materials and the controller is very sturdy. It doesn't feel like the phone can fall out or anything. It is gripped and clamped by rubber pads and the USB-C connector has some adjustment to allow for phones of different sizes. The springs are quite strong. The only problem is it is awkward to insert and remove the phone. The USB can angle up a bit so you can plug the phone in then open the clamp to allow it to drop in, then let the clamp close. Apparently it's not designed for phones with a case over them. This probably depends on your phone and case thickness, as the USB can't plug in fully if you have a thick case.I like that there's no noticeable latency, I can charge my phone while using it, and it has a quality feel in the hand. It would be good if it could be used like a standard USB PC controller, but I couldn't get it to work on Steam; the female USB is for pass through phone charging only. It doesn't have Bluetooth, but for me that's fine. There's no batteries inside, it just runs off the phone battery.
5.0 out of 5 stars I could not be happier.
So what can I say? I’ve gone through let’s just say a number of mobile controllers I have an iPhone 16 pro Max but I ended up getting lots of cheap ones which I didn’t work or broke on me. I was a bit worried spending extra on this one, however, I could not be happier But you do have to remove your phone case that doesn’t bother me in the slightest to be honest it’s so comfortable the buttons everything just feels amazing. It works with iPhone brilliantly. Use it mainly to play the PlayStation and gaming laptop and I’m so glad I got it before I bought it. I thought gosh that’s a lot of money. I don’t regret it for a second. 🥰
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Controller
Been using this controller for about 2 months on an almost daily basis and I am very happy with this purchase. This product has been used with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra which fits perfectly, the only niggle I have is that I have to take off my phone case to get my phone to fit to the USB-C connection but that's not a real issue.I have been using this to play Xbox remotely, its basically plug and play and I have experienced no latency issues.Controller feels high quality with a replaceable magnetic faceplate and thumbsticks.Highly recommended.

Great controller
This controller has been pretty great for my iPhone 15 Pro! I’ve played a few light sessions of Call of Duty Mobile, Minecraft on iPhone, and also Steam Link to stream PC games to my phone. The controller feels very nice in the hands and conforms to my iPhone very well during playthrough. Though even though this advertises it works with most cases, it does not work with my Quad Lock case for iPhone 15 Pro. It is too thick and I have to take off the case each time to play which is annoying.I’ve also used the charging port which works well for longer playtimes, even though I don’t play long. But also good so I can charge and put it down and pick it up a short time later with more charge.I haven’t done any actual tests, but the charge time does feel slower when through the controller than through just going into the iPhone. It’s not a big deal, but I wish something was mentioned about how the iPhone detects a “battery” in this controller despite there not being a battery. My iPhone (in the widget and Settings) originally reported this controller to have a 100% charge but now always says it has a 5% charge. There was no mention of this anywhere on this page or the manual but there is no battery in the controller and the iPhone is not reporting truthfully for some reason. One thing I am pleasantly surprised about that does not seem to be advertised or talked about is that this controller CAN be used externally with bigger devices. I can confirm that this DOES work with my iPad Pro 12.9” 5th gen and also works with both my Windows laptop and desktop gaming PC. Though the method used is kind of janky, it does surprisingly work and there seems to be drivers in Windows to recognize this as a controller! As you may see in my pictures, if you get a USB type C adapter with female ports on both ends and any USB type C cable capable of connecting to your iPad/Windows computer, then the iPad/Windows PC will detect it and use it as a controller without any additional software! I have legitimately used this to play Minecraft on a bigger screen on my iPad Pro as well as play some games in Steam on my Windows PCs and it all works. It is so cool.I am a bit disappointed to see that the rubber material that sits under the phone is already fading after nearly not very much use of the controller. It’s not a horrible thing I’d use to not recommend this controller, but it is disappointing to see that the cool design etched in doesn’t last too long.I was also disappointed in the available selection of magnetic faceplates at the time of writing this because I am not seeing any available or even with a “coming soon”. Not that this is a dealbreaker, again, but it’s advertised here and seems like a cool feature that isn’t being utilized at all.The price is a bit more than I was expecting, but it’s not wholly unreasonable compared to others on the market too, especially when you have others that don't have the same comfort design being much more. All in all, I’m happy with this and very glad to have it. I’m having a blast with it and recommend it!
A life changing device for those into gaming with a mobile phone.
Wow. What a product! This has changed the way I interact with my phone forever. I did however have a heck of a time getting the product as it was marked as undeliverable at the 'out for delivery' stage of the order. Also I had a heck of a time getting Xbox Cloud gaming working at a playable level; I ended up having to download a third party app to resolve that issue. As for what the product is? It's a controller that you slip your phone into to allow you greater control over your mobile gaming experience. You need to download a Gamesir app for additional functionality such as the ability to take screenshots and so it works automatically out the box. That being said I've found with emulators you do have to manually input the controls and disable the onscreen overlay. As for how it works? It works seemlessly with Xbox Gamepass right out the box and on emulators once you input the controls it works fine. I'm not sure if the triggers are analog as it didn't occur to me to test it.One thing that I like is how similar this device feels compared to an Xbox controller. It has the same textured back and I swear if it weren't for the phone inbetween the halves I'd say it had the same form factor as an Xbox controller. One odd thing about it is the SNES color scheme without the SNES button layout. My biggest gripe about this product, and one that is easily solved with software settings, is that the sensitivity of the sticks feels incredibly high out the box. The movement is fluid and accurate just really loose however this can be fixed by dropping the sensitivity in the game settings. I found cutting the sensitivity in half was perfect for my taste. One downside to this device is software support. Big first party titles like Fortnite and Apex Legends work fine but the vast majority of apps out there don't work. I was hoping Baseball 9 would support it as it's my favorite mobile game but it doesn't.I highly recommend getting this device if you use cloud gaming or emulators and transcend from those crappy on screen overlays. The most annoying part of this program is the set up; yeah zeroing in on the controller is normal but you don't think about all the time it's going to take to download and transfer files so I suggest getting that in order while you wait for shipping.I tested this with a Samsung Galaxy S20+ and a Pixel 8 Pro with a case and they both fit perfectly flush.
