I ordered this during Black Friday and it was due to arrive the next day. For some reason it was missing from the next day's delivery, but the driver was very helpful and the parcel arrived the next day. It's a significant upgrade from my PS4, and well worth it for the sale price I got it for.

Ordered a refurbished PS5 for my son’s Christmas present and I was very skeptical at first. Chose the option “Used but like new” as far as I’m aware the ps5 is brand new, boxed and mint condition. I have plugged it all in and works like a dream. Delivery was very efficient I was sent a one time password on day of delivery to ensure correct handover. Overall I’m over the moon. Great product from a fantastic company thank you!

Great console. Was needing to upgrade from a ps4 for a while now, and finally decided to go for it. Best decision I've made in a while. It's so much faster and for the games I've tried so far, the loading times are basically non existent. Delivery was also quick and prompt, and the box came intact. Couldn't really ask for more.

A great upgrade and successor total the PS4. The ps5 is the next gen console for gaming that we had all be hoping for. The load up times are lightning fast then ability to switch between the home screen and your game has virtually no lag. The games themselves play remarkable fast with no slow down or poor rendering. The sound is also great. While it is smaller than the OG PS5 it is ot actually that much smaller and could certainly hit the treadmill for another couple of months!

Bought as a Xmas gift. Had a firmware issue so tried to replace it but Bolo refused despite my order stating I had until Jan 31st to return or replace. Had to accept a refund and buy from Sony at 80 quid more. Call center supervisor was rude, patronising and hung up on me.

Well, finally got round to upgrading from the PS4! All my gaming is online so no need for disc edition. Graphics and sound are greatly enhanced, so a worthwhile purchase.
