I've had it about 6 weeks now, I held off making a review too quickly as I know sometimes new mattresses can take a bit of adjusting to, and I can honestly say it is an excellent choice, I'm more than happy with it and highly recommend it.

Initial thoughts were that the mattress feels a bit firm and did hurt my back after the first two nights.After a few weeks I feel like I’m sleeping better and my concern about becoming too hot has not happened (even through the heatwave).I would not want to pay full RRP for this mattress but they are usually on sale, I got mine at a 40% discount.

I’ve had the Nectar memory foam mattress for about 2-3 weeks now, and while the comfort level is great, the chemical smell is still noticeable. The set up was easy, but the off-gassing odor that’s common with memory foam hasn’t gone away yet, even after airing it out. It’s a bit disappointing because I was expecting the smell to dissipate within a few days.In terms of comfort, it’s been excellent. The mattress provides good support for both side and back sleeping, and I haven’t experienced any pressure points. I do wake up feeling more refreshed compared to my old mattress. However, the lingering chemical smell is a downside that I hope will fade soon.If you’re sensitive to smells or concerned about air quality, be aware that the off-gassing might take longer than expected. Overall, I like the mattress for its comfort, but I can’t fully enjoy it until the smell goes away.

The mattress was delivered boxed which is great. Very easy to take out of the wrapping and let it do its thing. I had the windows wide open for a few hours as it smelt of chemicals. It’s not a deep mattress unlike my last one. I actually stayed in bed all night. I’m a night owl always up and down. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was. My husband is very pleased as he has difficulty in sleeping due to a bad hip and back. It’s light weight so I’m able to lift it easily. I get extremely hot at night (age thing!) and usually end up on top of the bed. I’ve not done that since we have had this mattress. May be a bit on the expensive side as it’s not like your standard mattress. The size is true to the description and standard size base sheet fit perfectly. Seems to be good quality time will tell.

I bought the mattress in 2021 Dec.. initially loved it.3 years later the foam has sunk causing back issues. Post regular rotationSo I reached out to nectar company customer care, ther inspected and came back as this is regular and expected wear and tear and not a manufacturing damage nothing can be done.Now I m looking for new mattress.

I got the queen size matress by mistake, long story don’t want to go into all the details. Anyway, I like this mattress. Haven’t woken up with a sore back, or a stiff neck. My hips aren’t in pain. It’s a good mattress and I’m pleased with my purchase. Plan on buying the adjustable base for this mattress. I also like that I didn’t have to go to a store to lay on hundreds of mattress. The reviews helped in my decision to purchase this mattress.
Not What We Hoped For-EDITED! It’s perfect!
We’ve had this mattress out for almost 72 hours with 2 nights of sleep. Was not impressed.#1 our mattress never went to its full size. Each corner was dented in and it caused the middle to be much higher than the rest of the bed.2. It advertised this mattress as a 6.5 between firmness and softness. We needed some sort of firmness so that I could breastfeed, yet be soft enough to be comfortable. I haven’t found firmness. After sitting (or applying too much pressure at pressure points of the body) I sink so far in that my MIDDLE BACK feels the mattress. This also makes it extremely hard to breastfeed. When trying to adjust, the baby sinks into the pressure spots (as I apply more pressure than she does due to adult vs child). Even after NUMEROUS pillows, there is just no support, especially since the mattress never evened out.3. The last 2 nights of sleeping on this mattress, I’ve awaken with pain in one of my legs. (I have to sleep on my side to breastfeed and I alternate throughout the night). And the pain hasn’t died down. This mattress was advertised to ease pain, not cause it- but I’m having the opposite effect.Ultimately, we will be trying to return this ASAP.Update!: we decided to keep it a little longer and allow it to shape/form correctly.We placed it on an actual bed support and it was immediately a change for the better. I’m not sure if all the cushion on carpeted floor was the reason, but it was night & day after putting it on a platform bed.Super comfortable, and the movement doesn’t effect everyone sleeping in the bed. Reminds me of that wine commercial mattress. I haven’t done wine, but I’ve done a glass of water and it held place while I got off the bed. It hugs your body without making you feel like you’re sinking into the mattress. Super comfortable & the mattress shaped itself out in a few days after my initial review.No body pains, better sleep, and even my husband doesn’t snore as much or as loud when he does snore. Definitely such a difference from when he falls asleep on the couch watching tv. SO grateful we gave it time & kept it! Definitely a gem for a fraction of the cost of other mattresses. 💯
BEST BED IN A BOX
Not cheap, but I looked up best bed in a box & found Nectar at the top, so I paid $500 for full size. Two very clean & capable Bolo techs delivered & set up -- fast, neat, friendly. Bed inflates within minutes, could lay on it in an hour but they say wait hours. I waited about 3 hours & excellent firmness. About twelves inches of solid firmness that seems like it couldn't have been compressed into a box . . . atop there's four inches of body hugging supportive softness. Quite incredible for a bed in a box. I've got it on the floor & it's plenty tall to push myself up into my wheelchair, just a few inches taller. Very pleased!
Be careful unpackaging
Love this mattress! We’ve had our king for years and have been very happy with it so we bought our son one. Only thing I will say is to be careful using the tool they provide to open the packaging. I was moving to fast and cut a slit in the mattress, so hopefully it’ll be fine
