    Aigo heat level-5 is great heat up and crisp up the outer layer of meat well. Functionality is better from other brand you can flip over 180 degrees. It almost become teppanyaki style. Thats the reason why i bought it. The heating and practicality. Ease of cleaning is okay be careful using meat marinated with sugar. It will stick to the grill even though non stick. Size is just right. If your expecting its big its not. Enough for 2 portion of sandwiches. Now for thickness and build quality i would say score it 3 the handle and swivel arm combination of plastic and metal. If push it too much to get the even grill marks on the meat or panini im sure its gonna break so be careful. Im heavy handed guy. Grill thickness is okay could have been better. Careful of non stick its not that well coated for IMO. So if you try to remove the stain in grill i use kitchen roll with oil. But i need to cool it down where its tolerable for to clean it. Looks i score 4.5-5 stainless handle and top body.

    I've waited and tried this product a few times before deciding to leave a review for this product. I've used it 4 times now and it's the worst toasty machine I've ever had. It doesn't toast the bread properly no matter how long u leave the bread in. Honestly I'm so sorry I wasted my money on this, I should have bought the Breville panini press instead. I never had any problems with that until my hubby dropped it and protection it! Now I have to save up again to buy another toasty maker because this one is useless. Don't waste your money on this.
