I recently got the scrabble board game for my children and have really enjoyed it. The game is a fantastic mix of fun and education. it will certainly help them improve. They improve their vocabulary and spelling skills whilst having a blast. The game encourages strategic thinking and creativity. The board and pieces are high-quality and durable.The game comes with a sturdy box, making it portable. Make sure you place it on a stable surface to ensure stability and to make sure that everything stays in place.The game has been a perfect addition to our board game collection, highly recommended.

Great piece of kit to dial down scrabble anxiety in others and ger a fun non competitive game going..as well as playing classic scrabble.Great for beginners, elderly and kids, as well as folks who want the classic scrabble game..easy rules for community game, lots of support if you get stuck and the game moves along fairly quickly..no scoring, just completing the actions of the 3 seed cards..and a card help pile...all designed to teach the skills of scrabble as well as vowels, and consonants. Love the dual function..broadens ability to play with all..excellent quality, reasonable value for money..sure to last a long time.portable, good visual clarity.white on black letters

Scrabble - A decent, friendly priced version of a classic game. Our house is overflowing with both traditional board and digital games. So it was a little strange that we were lacking Scrabble. I must say that I’ve never been attracted to it much, mostly because my counterparts in the family (without being specific) read and write in different quantities and thus have a more limited set of vocabulary while others are sesquipedalians - which happens tube one of my favourite Scrabble words, good for 26 points. So the thing with this game it that you’ll need to find a partner of equal skill. Having said that it’s really good for our youngest as well to work and test his spelling even thought game is advised for children aged 10+.This a poorly presented set that includes 120 letter tiles, four racks, a letter bag and instructions. The box is fairly sturdy which is good for storage and the letter bag is really helpful as well. However the racks are plastic, and the letters are made of plastic as well and hollow on the underside. Other than some of the other reviews here the board isn’t small; 36cm on each side, neither are the letter pieces too small. I’m just comparing it to the decades-old Scrabble set that we keep at out second home that is made of wood elements and really nice by comparison. Still I can’t complain too much given the £14 we paid for this, the educational value for the children and that it fills a family board game playing need (which I think is one of the best ways to spend your time in this digital age).

Bought this for friends now living in France. Nice quality game that tests your language skills & is great fun. Same as English scrabble but letters vary in number to suit the language.

I spent hours playing Scrabble with my mum when I was a child and in all honesty this game engaged and taught me more about the English language than school ever did.Recently bought this version to play with my girlfriend whilst she is in hospital and it's great. Vibrant colours, quality easy to read board & fairly lightweight to transport via train.I'm looking forward to playing Scrabble with my future children should I have any. Thanks to the inventor, you really created an incredible game that will stand the test of time 🫰

El tradicional juego de “palabras cruzadas” que permite pasar un rato divertido entre exprimir el cerebro y descubrir nuevos términos de nuestro idioma, en una edición comercial clásica, esta vez orientada al idioma francés…La caja tiene la medida tradicional de Mattel y los juegos básicos de 36,5 x 26,5 cm., poco más de 4 cm. de alto, todavía viene retractilada con plástico y sobra embalaje para el contenido, algo que deberían revisar en nuevas ediciones…Tablero de cartón resistente de poco menos de 36 x 36 cm., las letras son fichas plásticas robustas de 20 x 20 mm., soportes plásticos para 7 letras y una bolsita de tela para guardar los “azulejos”.En general me ha gustado la calidad de las piezas, quizás estaría mejor algún componente en madera, pero es cómodo jugar y las fichas son estables en las casillas.Esta versión está diseñada para el francés, con 102 fichas en las siguientes cantidades: _ 0 puntos: 2 comodines sin letra _ 1 punto: E-15, A-9, I-8, N-6, O-6, R-6, S-6, T-6, U-6, L-5 _ 2 puntos: D-3, G-2, M-3 _ 3 puntos: B-2, C-2, P-2 _ 4 puntos: F-2, H-2, V-2 _ 8 puntos: J-1, Q-1 _ 10 puntos: K-1, W-1, X-1, Y-1, Z-1Como los signos diacríticos, no están contemplados en “scrabble” por ser un juego de origen sajón, en la versión francesa tampoco hay la letra “ç”, algo bastante extraño, ya que en la portuguesa si tiene la cedilla y en castellano tiene la “ñ”…En resumen, un juego muy interesante para familias y grupos de amigos que quieran pasar un rato divertido e intenso, siempre con buen humor y muchas ganas de aprender, una compra recomendada aún más con las grandes promociones que ocurren aquí…Un saludo a los atletas de los juegos de mesa…
