This Video Camera is fantastic. So easy to install as my little boy did all the drilling and fixing the device to the wall.Set up itself is a breeze. I'm not very technical but once I downloaded the app and followed the simple instructions it took just over 10 mins from start to finish.You are able to adjust the positioning , then secure the camera with the security screw, which is nicely hidden.The alerts are very quick on your phone and the 2 way communication is clear as is the picture - both day and night .There are 2 negatives to mention1. The chime is battery powered unlike others that are plugged in2. Once secured to the wall & removed the security screw you are unable to tilt the unit up or down , so just make sure you have the correct line of sight before securing and adjust for the height of the camera. My fault totally as should have checked, but would be good if you were able to adjust it.Overall a fantastic Video Doorbell Camera for the price and absolutley no issues with the picture or sound

I went on a few review sites to see which video doorbells were worth considering. This was one of them. I liked that it came with a chime whereas with some you have to purchase them separately. Everything you need to install it, and charge it, is also includedI liked that you can link it with the Alexa app which I already have. You don’t have to pay a monthly subscription for cloud storage. You have the option of what comes free with it, an SD card you can purchase separately if you don’t already have one, or paying a subscription. Also, the existing reviews were good and the videos very helpful. I might have liked an option of a white one but then again, now people can’t say they hadn’t seen the doorbell! I was also very impressed that once I had placed my order I received a communication with more videos and numbers to contact if I encountered any problems with the installation and set up. Great device and great service and a good lengthy wart. A rarity these days. Very happy with my purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars Junk. App kept crashing my phone. Camera not up to the job. Motion detection only on subscription.
The App is unstable. It kept disconnecting my phone from the Internet so in the end I gave up and had to uninstall it. Without a WiFi connection to the phone, I can't view the camera! What use is a camera that you can't see!? With no Internet to the phone, I don't get ring alerts either!The camera is advertised as having motion detection. Acctually this is only available if you pay a monthly subscription fee. Very misleading. I only bought this camera because there was no mention of a monthly fee.The camera itself has no memory capability. There are two ways to record activity. Either wait for an alert (if you have an Internet connection to your phone) and then press the record button on the app. Or, there is a free 6 second recording function to the cloud. 6 seconds is next to useless. If someone presses the doorbell while looking away or trying to peer through a window looking for movement, the camera will stop recording before they turn back to face it.The picture quality was okay from 6ft or more away. Anyone standing closer than that was difficult to see. As they got closer to the camera and there was less light on their face, it got harder and harder to make out their features. The horizontal field of view is good. The vertical view isn't. At the recommended height, you get to see the callers head and shoulders. Anything lower than that is out of shot. You can't see if they're holding anything and young children may not even be viewable. The only way to correct this is to mount the camera on a wedge to physically point it a bit lower.Other doorbells give an alert when the battery begins to run down. This one doesn't. If you forget to log in to the app and check the battery status, you could find it goes flat and you have no doorbell at all.Returned.

3.0 out of 5 stars Wireless yes, but for how long until it needs recharge?
Good Sharp images, good response on motion detection, but the battery life was enough for only a week, so needs more often attention. Main drawback is the fact that you can have only one viewing registered at any time, so I can't monitor the door at the same time with my wife... She have to log in , but by doing that, she automatically force my phone to log out... So, not ideal for multiple access at the same time...
Installation facile
Très bonne sonnette caméra sans fil, qualité vidéo très bonne. Le carillon est également parfait avec plusieurs mélodies et plusieurs intensités sonores. Le prix est aussi très intéressant. L’installation est facile et le service client XTU est vraiment au top niveau, bravo
Sieht toll aus, gute Qualität….
Habe oft offline, aber es hängt oft mit meine Internet Verbindung ( schlechte Empfang von die Wohnung bis Treppenhaus Tür) oder Handy hat Speicher Platz voll… Jetzt, wann ich neue Händy ausprobiert habe funktioniert viel besser, deswegen geplante Retour bleibt doch bei mir! Zum Vergleich habe 20 Euro billiger mir bestellt… sah nicht so toll und teuer aus, aber hat mehr Klingelntonen zu Auswahl, Batterie dabei, aber alles anderes das gleiche….Hat genau so und noch schlimmer Internet empfang… Deswegen habe von meine Seite geprüft was bei mir stimmt nicht… Also , ich habe es wieder neu installiert, auf andere Händy, und erstmal läuft alles wieder gut.

インターホンが古くなり、設置場所が悪くて音が聞こえずらく、新しく購入したくて探していたところ、コードレスで、チャイムを押せば留守にしていてもスマホに教えてくれて、押した本人と話せるって事で購入しました。その上、短時間なら永久的にクラウドストレージが使えるところ。SDカード不要。1番いいって思ったところは取付ける場所にもよるが、基本的に正面に向けて扉のすぐ横に設置するため離れて設置すると横側の映像がちゃんと映らない可能性があるが、角度調整して相手に向けて固定できるので良い。設置して1か月以上経ちましたがバッテリーの充電もまだ65%もあります。いい商品ですね。
