    These were the highest probiotic I could find, I take one a day with no problems and am sure they are helping to keep my gut healthy.

    After reading the reviews i thought I'd give them a go as I've tried loads of different ones over the years day 2 after taking them i felt so much better and everything seems to be brighter and generally have a good feeling of wellness my tummy which I've had problems for years is also so much better and this on day 2, not the cheapest for a month's supply but when you feel this good it's worth every penny and highly recommended and I'll be using them every month 😊.

    I've been trying to find a really good probiotic, this I'd really good quality without the indigestion I've had in the past with other brands. These have been the best value for money, very easy to swallow, small tables compared to others.I've already put an order in for the next batch.     In the first three weeks of use, the effects were not very noticeable. However, after sticking to it for a month, I did find some slight improvement. Although it wasn't the miraculous improvement as claimed, the medication still seems to be effective. In my personal experience, this medication is not suitable to take during breakfast; it is best to take it after dinner for better results. Now, almost two months have passed, and I have listened to other comments and suggestions, switching to taking one pill every night. Based on my personal experience, I feel that the effect is acceptable, and I hope to ultimately achieve a more cost-effective and efficient outcome.

    Highly recommend this product, I’d used a high quality liquid format over seven days and not really seen any change. Opted for the tablet format and these quickly provided noticeable changes. Less bloating, greater levels of energy, improved cognitive focus (especially into afternoon) and just the general flow across the body. Took these during first morning food, or any blended shake (which some people opt as the food to break morning fast). No side effects, such as bitter taste, or stomach cramps. In fact no negative aspects to these at all. Great product, and as always to get the best out of these incorporate into a balanced health plan.

    I am very impressed with this product, been using this product for 2months. I upgraded from a previous product that contained 40bn.I use 1 tablet per day and not the two. This makes this product superb value for money. I use this on conjuction with a well known prebiotic brand and my stool and stomach have never been so good.I highly recommend this. With all the processed food,I would recommend everyone to use this.

    Seit etwa drei Montane nehme ich nun dieses Mittel zu mir. Bereits nach ca. 1 Monat machten sich erste Veränderungen bemerkbar wie z.B. , festerer Stuhlgang, weniger Blähungen und seltenere Toilettengänge pro Tag. Wie sehr dieses Mittel den Darm nun saniert kann ich als Laie nicht bestätigen, dennoch wende ich sie weiter an, da sie mir ein wohliges Gefühl bereiten. Wichtig ist bei diesem Thema "Darmgesund" / "DarmSanierung" sich auch entsprechend gesund zu ernähren, damit sich die Wirkung auch gesundheitlich vollziehen kann. Vielen Dank
