    Love this little gadget. Add water, press a button and ice nuggets begin to appear. Great for making iced coffee, putting into an ice bag for injuries and adding to water to stop hard boiled eggs cooking - and that was only the first day using it.Really pleased with the look of the machine and of the size. It doesn’t overwhelm or dominate my small kitchen and fits nicely next to the microwave. The machine is quiet and I love to hear when the ice is lifted and dropped into the basket.

    With a large larder fridge in the kitchen and a freezer outside in the studio we wand quick and easy ice in the house. This is perfect -small, efficient and buckets of ice.

    We couldn’t get this machine to make cubes, the ice would drop into the basket as one solid slab of ice and then you’d have to take the slab out and break it up yourself, which depending on the thickness was very difficult. We tried all the different time settings but not once did we get cubes dropping into the basket. Machine is also quite noisy. Real shame as it looks great on the counter top. Maybe we missed something but instructions are in pretty poor English, so pretty frustrating to read. Ended up returning it.

    Bought this due the ice maker in our refrigerator at work failing to keep up with the staff. It holds a large amount of water in the reservoir, I have yet to find it empty. It fills the tray in one hour or less. The tray isn’t the biggest, but I empty it in to a container in our freezer. I have yet to run out of ice!!!Being able to adjust the amount of time the cubes take to make really works great. Allows you to make softer or harder ice. I use my Brita water to fill the reservoir so I have no issues with mineral buildup. The taste is great too ha ha.The value for the money is great! The machine has a small footprint so it isn’t in the way in our small break room. It does put off some heat but not an issue really. Seems well built. The scooper doesn’t seem great but does work well and hasn’t cracked or broken under constant daily use.I have had the ice maker about a month and have zero problems. Truly a great value!

    The media could not be loaded. First of all, it's a beautiful machine. I love the stainless steel exterior. So, this ice maker is amazing. It has a 1 gallon reservoir capacity and is so efficient at making ice that you'll have several pounds of ice before the reservoir runs out. I made enough ice from one gallon to fill my ice tray in my freezer and still had some water left, and it does it very fast. It only took a couple of hours to fill the ice tray in the freezer. Fill the reservoir and walk away and it will do the rest. It also stops when the ice bucket is full so you can empty the ice and as soon as you do it begins making ice again. It has a self clean function also. The only minus so far is a drain port for any remaining water. I'll inspect the unit more closely to make sure and update you on what I find. But I think it's a great value for the money. UPDATE: There's a convenient drain on the bottom of the unit which was my only concern. So I'm happy now. Great machine.
