for automotive work these have been a god send, i don't think i will run out for a year or two. they are good quality and do the job perfectly. I haven't had any issues (touch wood) from anything i have used these with. The box is handy and guide is useful, the hinge on the box will break after a while, but nothing duct tape wont fix.
5.0 out of 5 stars Handy selection of crimp terminals.
Good selection of common ring, fork and spade connectors supplied in a handy organiser case. These crimp connectors are a Godsend for anyone restoring the electrical systems in older vehicles, especially those with a mixture of connector types.Selection comprises 200 insulated connectors in total comprising ring, fork, spade and also butt connectors in multiple different sizes, suitable for wire gauges AWG22 to AWG10.The brass section of the connectors crimps easily yet securely and the plastic insulation is also able to deform without cracking - which can be a problem with other insulated styles of connector. All in all, a good selection at a bargain price!

4.0 out of 5 stars Capable of very secure connections.
I have three different brands of crimp tool: a 50-year-old AMP, a modern Satisby, and a modern Wirefy. The modern tools are of the ‘budget’ variety. The three tools all have slightly different jaw designs. With all three tools it was essential to use the appropriately sized connector to suit your wire. If the wire is too small, you’ll never get a secure connection, no matter how good your crimp tool is.The AMP worked every time with every size but needed quite a heavy pressure on the handles, the Satisby worked most of the time but needed much more pressure applied to the tool, and the Wirefy generally produced good results across the range without needing lots of pressure on the handles. The upshot of my ‘research’ is that it’s a bit hit-and-miss what kind of results you’ll get. If you have a good quality, well-adjusted crimp tool, then these connectors will give good, secure connections.I’m giving this product 4 stars as I think that better crimps would work well regardless of the tool you’re using. The price is attractive, and I think they’re worth buying to see if your crimp tool works with them. Be prepared to adjust it, and ALWAYS give the connection a firm tug to judge your results.
5.0 out of 5 stars Like a candy store for wire fiddlers
Well, folks, gather 'round for the epic saga of my accidental electric hedger incident – starring none other than the Gruiqrd 200PCS Electrical Connectors Kit. Yes, this kit saved my bacon, and possibly my marriage, after a "tiny" mishap involving an over-enthusiastic trimming session and an ill-fated power cable.First off, let's talk about the variety in this kit. It’s like a candy store for anyone who enjoys fiddling with wires – reds, blues, and yellows galore. For the uninitiated, this translates to connectors for 0.5-1.5mm², 1.5-2.5mm², and 4-6mm² wires. Basically, they’ve got you covered whether you’re tinkering with delicate electronics or dealing with more heavy-duty wiring. The connectors come in a nifty plastic tray with dividers, keeping everything neat and orderly – which, let’s face it, is more than I can say for most of my DIY projects. It’s like they knew that people like me, who cut through electric cables with garden tools, need a bit of organisational help.So there I was, proudly trimming the hedges, feeling all accomplished, when – snip! – I realised I’d taken a bit too much off the top... of the power cable. Enter the Gruiqrd kit. I fumbled my way through the box, grabbed the appropriate connectors, and in no time, had the wires re-terminated and back in working order. The connectors gripped the wires securely, making the whole process surprisingly painless.Wrapped it all in electrical tape and I managed to finish the job before the Mrs. noticed anything was amiss, so not only did these connectors save my hedger, but they also preserved my dignity (and kept me out of the doghouse). These little marvels are a must-have for anyone prone to DIY disasters or just looking for a reliable set of connectors for automotive or home use.So, if you’re a serial cable-cutter or just need a comprehensive set of connectors, the Gruiqrd kit is your new best friend. It’s got the range, the reliability, and the organisational prowess to get you through any wiring mishap with minimal fuss – and maximum brownie points from the spouse.
5.0 out of 5 stars Useful to have on hand
It's always worth having these in your tool box, and this one has a great selection of end fastening crimps. The crimps are colour coded for wire size and pre insulated ready for use. You will need a crimping tool to get the best quality fit on the end of your wire. They are what you might expect at this price (6.99), not for pro or critical equipment use, but for most low voltage equipment these do the job.
