    I’ve only tried a few brands and this one works! It won’t be the same for everyone so try at your own risk but I’m so thankful that these work.

    As I've got older, I've found lactose harder to digest to the point I'm avoiding so many things.A friend recommended these tablets so I've given them a try - and I do think they're working!I find that if I take two before eating cheese, I don't get anywhere near as much bloating or pain, which is brilliant! I'm still not eating as much cheese as before, but that's fine, just being able to enjoy some is great.They haven't worked quite as well with yoghurt so I now eat a plant version.But they do work well on the rare occasions I have cream.I suggest popping a tub, or a few tablets, into a purse in your bag for when you're out and about. Then you can still enjoy impromptu meals.Definitely worth a try.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

    I have used these supplements for around a month now and have been impressed.I can now have a small amount of lactose when out and about. It makes eating out much easier as often the only things on menus that are lactose free are vegan or dairy free. I still want to be able to eat dairy, but I don’t want the pain and tummy troubles that come after.Taking one of these tablets before a meal containing lactose has been a game changer. I recently went away for a few days so ate out every day, I had no tummy ache or toilet dashes at all apart from after one meal which had cauliflower cheese in. I had a bit of a tummy ache after eating that, but I wasn’t sitting on the loo all night so that’s bonus!These are a life saver for me. I am very careful at home what I eat and I buy a lot of lactose free products, but eating out I’ve found incredibly hard in the past. But not anymore!I’m due to go abroard in a couple of weeks so I shall be taking them with me so I can enjoy my holiday more without worrying that I’ll be in pain or spending hours on the loo!Give them a go, you’ve got nothing to lose!

    I tend to avoid milk and yoghurt generally, but love various cheeses and the odd creamy dessert.These Nature's Best lactase tablets makes digesting dairy easier for me, but it doesn't eliminate all my symptoms every time I use it.It certainly didn't work when I made myself a diet shake which contained whey protein (even though I mixed the powder with water, and the product listed lactase in the ingredients). Had the usual upset stomach an hour later.It's an OK product so will keep using it until I run out, then give a different brand a try.

    So I have a lactose intolerance hence buying this product . My Intolerance kicks in when I have a large (to me ) qty of dairy which in my case would be an ice cream .I am fine with a couple of cups of coffee with splashes of milk .These lactase tablets are fantastic, if I take a tablet 20 mins before I have a Ice cream then it’s stops the painful cramps , the griping pain and the guaranteed run to the toilet should I have not taken the tablet .It’s not a cure all situation for me I have played around pushing to see how much dairy I can have before I’m back to the awkward runs to the toilet and unfortunately a large ice cream is the limit . However it allows me to enjoy something I love and really that’s worth is weight in gold .Everybody reacts different to supplements to it might work great for some and not for others however you don’t know unless you try . These are one of the highest strength lactase enzyme on the market and at a very reasonable price so for me I couldn’t rate them any better .
