    Changing all my pans and oven wear to this brand. I love the non stick qualities and ease of cleaning these. Good quality weight, not too heavy to lift in and out of the oven.Best trays and pans I've ever bought. Even better value for money when picked up in a sale.

    Ordered the Scoville EXPERT Neverstick+ 30cm Deep Baking Tray for £17.00, and it's been a solid addition to my kitchen gear. First off, the non-stick surface is fantastic. I’ve cooked everything from chips to brownies, and nothing seems to stick, making both cooking and cleaning up a breeze.The high sides of the tray are a real bonus, especially for those messy dishes. They keep everything contained, which is great when you’re dealing with something like a roast or a tray of nachos. The tray also heats evenly, so I haven’t had any issues with hot spots or uneven cooking, which is always a plus.The only downside is its size. At 30cm x 20cm, it’s a bit on the small side. It works well for smaller meals or side dishes, but if you’re cooking for a larger group, you might need a bigger tray. That said, the compact size does make it easier to store, so it's a bit of a trade-off.I’ve also run it through the dishwasher a few times, and it holds up well.     Works well as a roasting dish and today used to serve up the regular Sunday roast.I do love Scoville's Neverstick surface having a number of pans with it that are the work-horses in my kitchen. This tray makes a great addition to the collection.The rough surface is surprisingly effective as a non-stick and it seems to be more resistant to rough treatment than regular non-stick surfaces.Following today's roast, cleaning just required 15 mins of soaking and then it wiped off.This will probably be the only roasting dish you ever need to buy so well worth the money.
