Small and comfortable in the ears. Sound quality is reasonable. Usefully they go into a low-power standby if out of the case rather than just run down the battery.

This is my first pair of bluetooth earphones. I bought them to use with my phone, to replace some wired heaphones, and chose them because they don't need to be inserted *in* to the ear canal, something which I find uncomfortable.What impresses me most about them is that they are *good enough* in every way - neither exceptional nor disappointing.On the whole, build quality doesn't feel super premium but it doesn't feel cheap either. The sound quality isn't exceptional but, with a few tweaks from the app, they're an enjoyable listen. They fit comfortably in my ears and don't fall out, the battery life is fine and the storage/charging case works well. The app is basic but it does the job. The earphones remember your EQ settings once you've set them and you can disable the touch controls if you don't like them - I did.I can see that some other reviews report that they don't go loud enough. In my experience, coming from wired headphones, this is usually only an issue with older (quieter) recordings and it's no worse with these earphones than it was with my wired headphones.I've been using these daily for a month now and I'm very happy.

My AirPod 3s had a fault so were being tested while I was away so bought these to take with me. Great design, good fit. Sounds is very close to the AirPods, slightly darker where the AirPods are a bit brighter - I guess some would say the Ankers are warmer. Music and podcasts both sound very good. Will have to see how the batteries holds up long term but no complaints with them at the moment.

Edit Edit: Limitation 2: Case lid broke after 16 days. No longer remains closed against gravity.Edit: Limitation 1: Max volume not being loud enough. Not by a lot, but enough for more volume to be wanted when listening to audio with lower volume or in a non-quiet environment.Given I picked this up on sale for £21.50 and having previously used the Soundpeats Air3 this is an amazing purchase.Some reviews here say that they expected more (from Soundcore) in terms of sound quality. But are those expectations reasonable? These are budget earphones and they are not in ear. They produce a comparable sound to the Soundpeats. I'm somewhat of an audiophile, being conscious of the limitations of my long owned Sennheiser/Drop HD6XXs and mid-range headphone amp/DAC. I wish for more. But these earphones? I do not wish for more. Because they cost near nothing and fulfill exactly what a wireless on-the-go earphone should, a casual listening experience. (Maybe I lack any expectations never haven liked and used great in-ear earbuds due to discomfort.)They are bass heavy but not overbearingly, which is appropriate for casual listening, and EQ can be adjusted via the soundcore app (if you're into that sort of thing).Compared to the Soundpeats the battery in the case has an exceedingly greater capacity, lasting 6 days (on first charge). I had to charge the Soundpeats daily. (Super annoying.)The case also has a stronger snap and isn't fiddly to insert and remove the earbuds. The case is bigger, but for the benefits is absolutely worth it.There is also no in-ear detection (for automatic pausing) which inevitably triggers incorrectly. THANK YOU ANKER. I can remove a single earphone and sound keeps playing. THANK YOU ANKER. If I want to pause I simply double tap the earphone. THANK YOU ANKER.There is no default action to raise or lower volume or skip back but that can be configured via the app, and the earphones remember the configuration permanently unlike the soundpeats which forget within a day and return to the default settings (meaning the in-ear detection cannot be properly disabled).The connection via Bluetooth is (more) reliable with these. It uses the AAC codec (which is satisfactory for cheap buds).Another benefit is the inoffensive sound effects to signify pairing mode, connected and disconnected, which I appreciate over a voice talking as it's simpler.5 stars from me. Would recommend to others who want an affordable earbud that isn't in-ear.(I haven't yet tested mic quality. So my rating doesn't account for that.)

I bought these because i was in the market for semi in earbuds and the product worked well for a week or so and then the left earbud sound got lower and lower to eventually not working at all. Bass was good and charging was fast but I expected at least a month, barely used it for 2 weeks before issues began. It could have been a one off problem because anker stuff is usually great.Comfort was good, reminiscent of the airpods one/two and clarity was okay not too great on the midrange but it is a pair of £20 earbuds. The case was small but again similar size as the airpods one case just more oval.

The codec is AAC, if someone is wondering. The materials are good, they don't feel cheap. The sound quality is just okay - enough for yt and podcasts but no so much for listening music, even after applying presets from the soundcore app and soundID.

Unbelievable value for the price, first earbuds whose mic actually works, clear sound, and customer service that is very responsive and goes above and beyond.The make of the earpieces is high quality, some reviews say the charging case isn’t too good but I disagree.It has excellent battery life and a good range away from the phone too.Keep up the great work!
Exceeds Expectations
They fit just like air pods. Very comfortable and clean audio. The best part is the app which gives you features like custom or genre based EQ. This was the icing one the cake because the audio is a bit flat by default but you can change that in the app I raised the high end a bit and I’m loving these ear buds especially for the gym. High quality, they look good, instant connectivity , and great value.
