This is a great stick vacuum. I've only had it a week and already very impressed. (I love the smelly tin). I've had Dysons for the past 30 years and thought I'd give Shark a blast due to great reviews. So far, I'm glad I did. BUT....the battery charged to 100% the first time I put it on charge and went down to 90% as soon as I turned it on. Every other time I've charged the battery, it's only topped up to 70%. I will be contacting the seller for a replacement battery.UPDATE... I've called Bolo, not happy! They won't replace the battery. They (Robert) offered a completely new Shark, same model. "It will arrive on Tuesday, and the old one will be picked up on Friday, once you've checked everything is in working order with the new one". It arrived Monday and so did UCP to pick up the old one! Now I have to take the old one to a pick up centre! (Im no spring chicken). Bolo.. just do what you say you'll do!

This has to be my Daughters favourite Vacuum Hoover ever even though I paid for it lol .(she hoovers as I’m disabled)Folds away small if short of space or can attach to wall standing up if appropriate bracket is bought.It moves easily on carpet.Emptying is very easy too .We love the way it changes speed if there is more to pick up .We’ve always had a Vax hoover and this is a dream compared to our past Vaxes .My daughter Would definitely recommend.

It has a brilliant suction but very heavy and the battery ridiculous for the price it goes low very quickly.Fine in an apartment lifting it up and downstairs very cumbersome.I would never pay full price.Going to give it away and go back to Air Ram light good battery life and easy to lift up stairs.

Well they say you get what you pay for ,no truer statement this is a very powerful hoover by far the best we have ever purchased sturdy and so many different tools/attachments different power levels for different areas to clean .It's an expensive piece of kit but will last a lifetime

Impressed with its movement and weight but the battery only gives me 7 mins of hoovering! This is no good and i wish i could return

The outlook is stunning and it will detect the dirt of the ground and enhance the power that used to clean the ground, very high tech but it’s really heavy to use.
Poor service from Amazon.
I purchased a Sharp vacuum cleaner ( not cheap ) and Bolo will not supply me with the manufacturer's address as I have to clarify the one page instructions.
