I used Deilin tape for years but recently it has changed and won't stick for more than 2 seconds.Much searching later I came across this tape & it's really good. Better than Deilin used to be.Plenty of flex to the tape and you can feel where you have applied it. At the same time, it's stuck really well, even when I've had to adjust it when applying it.Stays on for more than a week with daily showers & activity, supports well - what's not to like?

I love this tape. It's far superior to the tape I've had before. It's been stuck on for over two days now. Hasn't moved in the shower or swimming. I'll replace it tomorrow for hygiene and to refresh the hold on the injury. I was recommended by a physio to wear it most of the times as my foot needs holding in a position as I am hyper mobile. I had some slight irritation where an end came loose and rubbed in bed, but I cut it off and all was fine. It is a great bright pink colour, a nice thickness and size and is durable, lasting ages and being tough . The helpful guide was really useful. The item is a nice change and the company delivered fast. Great service.

This tape is very good however it takes a while to get used to. When you prepare the area properly you get very good adhesion and it will last days however the preparation must be done properly. I’ve found it is effective at adding stabilisation however it doesn’t always relieve as much pain as some other brands.

I've used three or four different bands, but keep coming back to K tape.Easy to prepare and backing comes off without too much fuss.I use it on my achilles, can't feel the tape once it's on and is comfortable in footware.I like the fact that the company has provided information on how to apply the tape, to a number off different injuries.I will say that the stickiness can vary, but always remove with care.Will continue using.

Second time buying this tape. I primarily use it to support my kneecap which likes to slip to the side, causing difficulty walking and some pain. The tape definitely provides stability to the joint. I have sensory issues and once it's on I don't feel it. It has a good amount of stretch. I can comfortably walk for miles and drive with the tape on as it relieves the pain in my knee. It can sometimes come unstuck, so when first applied I blast it with a hairdryer for a few seconds whilst rubbing it down to warm the glue up and help with adhesion, I find that stops it un-sticking. Not that looks matter but I do like the brightness of the pink. Removal is easy, either I do it in the shower once it's saturated with water, or use body oil to take it off without risking hurting my skin. I will definitely re-purchase.

i have bought tried so many kinesiology tapes from a minimum of 10.99 sterling a roll to 11.99 a roll , i love the wild colour. its by far the most durable and last longer, i have to use this for life and i say since 2017 this is bar far the best for money & also durability. take it from someone who will.need this for life, i highly recommend this to anyone for, what ever reason they require it. i use mine for my wrist to give it more support and gives me that little extra bit of stability and support 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me 👌1: Durability last 3 days even when you get it wet, with my Autism i have to change very day if it gets wet sometimes twice.2: Does not irritate the skin what so ever ,3: So Effective i cannot believe i found this one4: Its very good in thickness i use a strip to wrap once around my wrist & that is amazing in my book , if yous can set up a plan for me to recieve this so many times a year will great. thank.youa VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, WILL BE OBVIOUSLY BE RETURNING 🙌🙌

*UPDATED* 12/9/24When I originally used this tape on my knee I was also using a well known cream for osteoarthritis in the evening. The residue was probably the reason the tape peeled off immediately. I have tried it without using the cream and it stayed in place very well. I've had mixed results with different tapes. Some I've purchased seemed thicker, stayed in place for several days, even after showering, and curved very well around my knee cap. I will try this tape again as I have 3 rolls but at the moment my physio has told me not to use any knee supports but to concentrate on exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee. Not easy when in pain
