The camera arrived in a branded carboard box containing a small manual of clear instructions, a wall plug and cable, some wall fixings, and a small stand. To operate the device you need to download an app onto your phone or tablet. Like most of these things trying to pair it up to your phone can be a bit of a faff but I eventually managed it ok. There's a wizard that walks you through the process and it's fairly easy to do. You just need your WIFI password at hand though. For the camera to work your router will need to be able to support 2.4GHz WIFI. I'm with Sky and their router worked fine.The app is pretty easy to use. Moving the camera around is quite good fun. One thing thing I didn't realise when I ordered the camera was that it needs to be plugged in for it to work. I thought you could just charge it up now and again but nope it needs to be plugged in. I'm guessing with the motor, camera and audio that it's fairly power hungry but an internal rechargeable lithium battery would have been preferable for me.The video quality is surprisingly good. I was half expecting slightly grainy pictures but instead they're high resolution and very crisp. Even under electric lights the colours are very nice.Overall I'm happy with the camera. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded. The Indoor Smart Security Camera with pan and tilt motion tracking has been amazing! The design is sleek and modern, which makes it discreet and seamlessly fits in with my decor. It's compact, which means I can put it into any room without being obtrusive. The quality feels very sturdy, and the adjustable camera head is both functional and discreet.Setting up the camera was very easy with the app explaining everything that needed to do with clear, step-by-step instructions that made for a quick installation. After downloading the app and connecting the camera to my home Wi-Fi, I was up and running!One standout feature for me is the pan and tilt motion tracking capabilities. With the app, I am able to rotate the camera 311 degrees horizontally and 66 degrees vertically, allowing me to track the whole room. The tracking feature is really impressive. The camera can detect movement and automatically adjust its position to follow the moving subject. I expected this feature to have a little bit of lag, but it was actually very responsive!The camera comes with a bracket to fit it to the wall, which is great, making it very inconspicuous. However, if you do not have the ability to screw it to the wall, I'm sure a command strip or sticky pad would hold it as it is very lightweight. The shape makes it easy to sit on a surface if not, and it doesn't lose any ability to move when placed down on a surface.Video clarity is clear, along with the night being fairly clear too allowing for 24/7 monitoring. A great feature is the two-way audio, which enables communication both ways through the app and camera speakers. This has been really beneficial, allowing me to interact with pets when I have been away from home. I can assume this would be handy in order to warn intruders of your presence and, therefore, enhance your overall security experience.Overall, I can say this product is well worth the money, and I definitely intend on buying more to use in various rooms around the house.

The media could not be loaded. I have a small array of smart devices in the home and while I have a wifi smart camera it does not play nice with my existing setup, seeing this one I decided to give it a go.Out the box you have a very smart camera, plus all the sundries you could need to connect it, or mount it somewhere.Setting up, I ignored the manual and attempted to pair it with my existing Smart Life app setup, this took about 20 seconds from power on to pairing and was ready for action, the ZSmart app is likely the same app with another name as Tuya/Smart Life is the main one that most are based off.In use, I can view the camera from anywhere I have a signal, pan/tilt the camera, record and take photos, and use it as a walkie talkie of sorts. Overall I'm very pleased, one minor annoyanc is that you cannot disable the automatic infrared leds at night.

The ZKTeco Indoor Smart Security Camera arrived neatly packaged in a full colour printed cardboard box.In the box you get the camera, a mounting bracket, a USB power cable, a set of expansion plugs/screws and an instruction manual.The camera is easy to setup and requires nothing more than plugging the USB power cable into a suitable power adaptor, downloading an app to your phone, and then connecting the camera to your home WiFi.Video quality is OK, but certainly good enough for indoor use.A bargain little home surveillance camera.

Good indoor camera that offers really good picture quality in both daylight and low light settings and has numerous features such as auto tracking, a good range of movement and 2 way convo. It’s good quality and brilliant for this price range. It’s very easy to set up and use and can be accessed on mobile devices or web browsers which is useful. Good item and really good value for money.

I use this camera to look inside my house via wifi and the picture quality is ok. Works well for now but i hope it will last for a good few years.

Nice little indoor camera for monitoring the cats while we are out of the house. Easy to setup. Self intuitive app. Able to control the PTZ via the app. Motion detection works well. Good quality video in day and night. I keep a lamp on during dark hours to keep the camera in colour mode which works well.Good value for money.
