So pleased with this camera. I use it in my living room for when my father who has dementia is staying with me . He takes a sleep in there and I’m happy if he gets up my phone alerts me right away. Quality of the video is great. So easy to set upHighly recommend for a cheap good camera

We have so many of these cameras now because they are great quality and a low price. The app is easy to use too. They work great in both bright light and darkness.
Good camera
Works great. easy to install with my home internet, but a little complicate to connect with my phone's internet.
Great budget camera
First thing I noticed when I got it up and running was the quality of the picture. At the price I wasn't expecting too much but the quality is great. Very crisp and clear. Set up was simple. Just download the free app and follow the prompts. You just have to make sure to connect to a 2.4GHz network. It will not connect to a 5.0GHz. I see lots of reviews where they rated it low because they couldn't connect to their 5GHz network, but it clearly states in the ad and in the instructions that it only connects to a 2.4GHz. Kind of like buying a blue car then complaining because it's not red. Anyway, it's got lots of features in the app.. you can listen what's going on.. you can speak to whomever is near the camera, through your phone.. You can take a snapshot of the screen.. you can take a video.. you can turn on or off motion detection notifications. All this is free in the app. It also comes with a small micro SD card (32GB I think it is) if you want to record direct to the card, but it will record to your phone also. I've tried several "free" security cameras that give you bare bones functions for free in their apps or won't record unless you sign up for their paid service, but with this no subscription or sign up needed. It has a great field of view. It has night mode which is decent. All in all for the price a VERY nice camera. Recommended
Does NOT work with Alex
The camera from NG Teco is advertised and sold as Alexa compatible but it is NOT. I worked with an Bolo technician over chat for almost an hour but he couldn’t make it work. We downloaded the Skills and reinstalled it multiple times but without success. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service and after many emails and telephone conversation I was told that the Skills for Alexa was not working. They asked for 2 days to fix it but a week has passed and it still does not work. Almost everyday their customer service department keeps asking me to send them some type of information wether it’s a screenshots of my Alexa App home page, the NG Teco App home page or the device ID, etc. They have wasted a lot of my valuable time. You’re better off getting a camera from another manufacturer.

I have to admit for the price I wasn't expecting much and then when I received it and took it out of the box it looked fake but I was pleasantly surprised by this little cam.I put it in a corner of our bedroom that shows the whole room so we can see what our four-legged fur baby is up to when we're not there with him (which isn't often as I work from home). It was quick to set up (there is an app you have to download to your phone).You can record the room with it, but I don't have a reason to do that. Instead, I just like being able to open the app and view the stream to see what Gary is up to. As you can see from the pic, he wasn't up to much of anything but being lazy and laying on our bed when I checked on him while out at an appointment. His head is raised and he's looking towards the camera because I was talking to him (our dog is very nervous so he isn't a fan of this).If you do want to record the area you have the camera set up in, you can use a micro sd card. I won't be testing this feature because I have no micro sd cards and because I don't have a reason to record I don't need the space to save recordings to.You can connect this to Alexa and Google but I didn't connect it to our Alexa so I can't comment on that capability.Most of all, I was super impressed with the quality of the camera - it comes across as clear and pretty vivid! If this was made for outdoor use, I would actually have it set up by our front door and would want to be recording because there have been some recent car break-ins in our neighborhood.Overall, I am super impressed with this little pet cam and recommend it - I think the price is extremely reasonable!
