    This is the first liquid supplement of ashwagandha product I have tried. Although I've only been using it for a few weeks, I've noticed an improvement in my sleep and feeling more relaxed. It mixes easily with drinks or smoothies and doesn't have a strong flavor. Each dose contains 2000 mg and is a 3-in-1 formula. In my opinion, it is well worth buying!

    Ich habe dieses Produkt zum Stressabbau und zum Schlafen gekauft. Die Tropfen sind absolut einfach einzunehmen und ziehen schnell ein. Nachdem ich Ashwagandha Tropfen eine Zeit lang eingenommen hatte, stellte ich fest, dass sie wirklich wirksam beruhigend und energiesteigernd waren. Wird zu meinem Monatsabonnement hinzugefügt.

    J'ai essayé l'ashwaganda en poudre mais il est bien moins efficace. Celui-ci est hyper-efficace. Je l'utilise tous les matins : 36 gouttes sous la langue, 20 secondes et voilà. Au bout de 3 jours seulement je sens une véritable différence. Je suis plus calme et sereine, alors que je déprimais grave depuis longtemps, et cela s'aggravait encore. Je m'endors plus facilement, sans autre aide que de la mélatonine sublinguale avant le coucher (je dormais 2 à 4 heures par 24h depuis 2009). Je recommande fortement ce produit.
