This is our 4th science experiment kit that we use with our 5 & 7 yrs old boys. We keep enjoying these as you get to experience first hand chemical reactions that does not need lab to try. This kit is directed at multiple fields comparing to other once’s that either let you grow crystals only etc. You can try manny things such as lava lamp experiment, expanding foam, crystals growing etc. It comes with all you need to explore and can be done if just few minutes. Each experiment has its one approach and effect. I still advice for parents to help or observe your little ones while you cook this but I am not worried about their safety as my boys done it quite a few times and are aware of some of the consequences. most important is to not to get in contact with skin or eyes and you are good to go. Always wash your hands after you are done.All experiments worked well for us as long as we followed the instructions from the booklet provided. Something that we learned with past experiences. All in all this is great product that add a lot of fun to your daily routine with kids and can make you weened very interesting.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for my 11 and 15 year old children to use in the summer holidays. Even though they are probably older than the intended users, they still had a great time using it, especially making the volcano, although it didn’t quite work as well as they had hoped!There is a lot of variety here and anything that gets them off their screens has to be a good thing. Recommended.

This kit includes a number of experiments with reasonably details instructions. My nine year old had fun and was able to do the experiments himself, although I would advise adult supervision.The kit is a great way to get kids away from screens and learn a bit of science.

This was supposed to be a birthday present for my nephew in September. Unfortunately the box has been crushed and this will not appeal as a gift in its current state.The contents seem mostly OK (there's a damaged cup inside) but I can't give this as a gift.

I received this item via the vine programme and here is my honest and unbiased review.This kit is awesome, loads to do, and such a cheap price that you would be best placed to buy a few and keep them in the cupboard for emergency kids pressies!!£12.99 is excellent!Love it!5 Stars!

The variety of experiments keeps them engaged and eager to learn. Instructions are clear, making it easy to follow. However, some materials might require adult supervision. Overall, a great way to spark an interest in STEM for children!

Looking forward to getting to some of the experiments in this kit. The description on the page is pretty sparse. I'm not listing everything in the book but, I am looking forward to trying them out! Great idea for a gift.

This is in a smaller box than expected but it still packs a lot in, with lots of science experiments to try included the Volcano - everyones favourite! Kids love this stuff and this is a lovely set with nice clear instructions and a great way to get them interested in science
