Zero calories,and 1 for 1 replacement for granulated sugar.This makes it easy, to substitute for any cooking that you do with sugar.Being nosey I had a look to see where the brand came from. it is from a company formed by an irish sister and her brother. They met a German Dr (Dr Coy). And from that as they were health focused, they have launched a range of healthy dietary/food products.The taste of the sweetener is perfectly fine as a replacement for sugar.This stuff is great for helping you to avoid the chance of becoming pre-diabetic and help keep you trim.And unlike sugar, it's kind to your teeth.Not that cheap, but what price your health?

The way I would describe this sweetener is that its somewhere in the middle between real sugar and powdered sweetener. It definitely sweetens your drink, but it doesn’t taste as sweet as actual sugar, and it does have a bitter aftertaste to it as well which I’m not so keen on.If you like sugar but can’t have it for whatever reason and you don’t like the taste of powdered sweeteners or tablets, then you might like this stuff as its probably as close as you’ll get to normal sugar. The sweetener also looks very similar to sugar as well.Overall, if you can’t have real sugar then this is a worthy alternative and for around £10 for 500g it represents good value when compared to other similar brands. I feel four stars is appropriate for it!

since getting a diabetes diagnosis i've pretty much just avoided all sugar but month later now i do get the odd craving and this is a great way to add a little sweetness here and there when i want some.tastes just fine and satiates the sweet craving. very happy with it and would buy it again.
