5.0 out of 5 stars Spacious Air Fryer with Dual-Zone Flexibility and Great Cooking Results
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this air fryer for a while now, and it’s become such a helpful tool in my kitchen! The large cooking space is great, especially when I want to prepare multiple dishes at once. One of its best features is the ability to split the space into two independent cooking zones. This is so useful when I’m making different dishes at the same time, like crispy sweet potato chips on one side and grilling kebabs on the other. The separate temperature and time controls for each zone allow me to cook both perfectly without any flavor overlap. When I need to cook bigger portions, the two zones can be combined into one larger cooking area. It’s a really practical design that suits different cooking needs, whether for everyday meals or for larger gatherings with friends. The air fryer is also multifunctional. Besides air frying, I’ve used it to bake, roast, and grill. I especially enjoy making sweet potato chips—they come out crispy and golden, and I can’t resist eating them right away. The kebabs also turn out really well, juicy on the inside and nicely charred on the outside.Overall, this air fryer has made cooking easier and more enjoyable. It’s versatile enough for a variety of meals, and I’ve found it really handy whether I’m cooking for myself or a group.
3.0 out of 5 stars Minimal instructions
Cannot see anywhere that you can change between airfry to oven or grill. There appears just to be the option to change the timing and temperature
4.0 out of 5 stars Little annoyances but can see myself using this more and more.
My family has been banging on about us getting an air fryer for the last year, but I just did not know if they were worthwhile. This has given me the opportunity to find out what all the fuss is about. This is a large item and takes up half our worktop space. I found it a little awkward to get the drawer out without pulling the whole thing towards me until I learnt to use my thumbs on the body of the fryer above the drawers when pulling the handle. On the flip side when pushing the drawer back in it can sometimes slide away from you on the worktop as there is resistance for the last inch or so that gives it it’s firm hold on the drawer.I like that the drawer can be divided, and you can use just one side or both sides with different timings and different food, or take the divider out and use the whole large drawer, and that you can start with just one side then have the other side come on mid-way through if you have some food that takes less time. I find the options on the front a little hard to remember what the difference is between sync cook and match cook and I have to keep reading the instruction manual to remind me what they both mean.I find the large drawer a little cumbersome when trying to wash and dry it, I would prefer 2 smaller drawers. I also don’t like the fact that once you have opened this to take out the food I would normally like to leave the drawer out to cool before washing, but you have to put the drawer back in to turn the oven off. This is annoying as it is just an action that is a waste of time. I also find it annoying that to turn this on it is just a touch of the power button, but to turn it off you have to press and hold it, but I forget sometimes and try and press and hold to turn it on and feel like an idiot when I realise it should have been a short touch. I wish this was just a short touch for both as it would make life simpler. When you first turn this on it does sound like an engine test for an airplane, although it does quieten down once up and running. I am still getting to grips with how long things take as I trusted the back of the packets on some food that had air fryer instructions and it was just not enough, but then other foods have had a bit too long and ended up too brown and dried out. It is a steep learning curve. This doesn’t always cook things quicker than a conventional oven, but does use less electric as it heats up quicker and is a smaller area to heat, so I am happy with the cost savings.Overall, this is a more convenient way to cook than using an oven with the 2 different zones that you can time and have them sync the food so they are both ready at the same time. I think over time I will come to rely on this as an alternative to the main oven for this convenience and cost saving. Price wise I think this is a decent price for the functionality and size.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I do not recommend buying it,2 Stars; Significant deficiencies, does not fulfil its expected functions,3 Stars; Average product. Complies with expectations,4 Stars; Very good and satisfying. I liked it and it's a quality product,5 Stars; Excellent, exceeds expectations.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quick and less messy
The media could not be loaded. It’s great that it has a large capapity of 10l, perfect for my family use.It has the removable divider, to cook different foods at the same time or separately to avoid mixing flavours and give more variety in less time. There are 10 pre-set programmes, and I am able to use different settings for each compartment, and sync cook for simultaneous cooking of different foods in two zones and match cook for the same food in the XL zone, so I can easily control the temperature and time in the zones. With hot air circulation technology, this is able to cook golden and crispy food while reducing the intake of grease and fat, achieving low-fat and healthy cooking.I recommend it, it’s easy to use, to clean and the taste and texture/feeling of the food is not very different to oven or pan fried version.
5.0 out of 5 stars Satisfying purchase and I really enjoy it
So far so good as it saves my time so much. Those multi-mode presets make cooking super easy. Cleanup is also a breeze. The 1700W power ensures everything is cooked quickly and evenly, whether I'm air frying, roasting, or baking. I can even put in a whole bunch of fish and chips in one shot thanks to its extra-large capacity. Healthier than deep fry. When compared with the oven, the smaller heating space of the fryer make it more energy-efficient. Sometimes you just don't need that much space in the oven to heat up food, which is a huge plus for my electricity bill.
