I recently used LittleVits Easy B’s Children’s B Complex Liquid for my kids after being recommended a B complex supplement due to nutritional gaps. I found this product easy to dose, as it goes by age: 2 drops for my little one and 4 for my teenage boy. So far, so good. It's easy to take, and the flavour is neutral according to my boys, they’re happy to take it even without mixing. However, it can be easily added to water, squash, juice or even food. Thanks to the dropper format, this product can be conveniently dosed according to age, which makes the whole process much easier.

This is a great way to get all the Vit B in n to your kids without pills etc. the colour is not ideal and has a slight weird taste to it so we drop it into some squash instead of plain water and it the kids have no clue it’s in there.It’s advised to drink plenty of water with it so either mix I into plain water or squash, depends how sensitive your kids are when consuming. But a great way to introduce it into your children’s diet
