    I love using these on busy days, at conventions or for the gym. The sticks taste great, dissolve very easily and quickly and support me to keep going through the day. I usually use one stick in 1 litre of water to reduce the sweetness, but that's personal preference. The product is expensive, but I find it worth it

    These are great to help feel you rehydrated, perfect if you’ve been exercising or for a night out.I would recommend having one before going to bed after a night out and it’ll help the hangover in the morning. Very effective at preventing a headache the next day.Tastes pretty good for what it is as well, slight salty after taste but that’s to be expected. The fact you mix it with a pint of water as well, helps to enhance the hydration to!

    We’ve tried a few electrolyte brands and this is our favourite tasting one (lemon/lime)We travel a lot and these keep us hydrated on long drives, we find we don’t need to wee as much (think body uses water better I guess) and these are a great pick me up after a night out.Easy to add to a bottle and go, but we do find you need to continuously shake throughout drinking as some can build up in the bottom of your bottle.Thought the price was reasonable vs some “big” brands.

    I was really excited to try these. I definitely feel hydrated but unfortunately they just taste like soap. Leaves a coating in your mouth. The fizz ones are better in my opinion.I won’t repurchase.

    Definitely feel more hydrated after drinking water with this in than just plain. Water but I am not sold on the taste of it, also great if you have sickness and/or diarrhoea to keep as hydrated as possible
