The gel is neon yellow jelly which was a little surprising - I wasn't expecting it to have any colour, but it has the same consistency as aloe vera which is one of the ingredients. It feels very soothing and spreads easily; a small dollop goes a long way. It feels very refreshing and leaves a tingly cooling effect on the skin that stays for a while. I don't mind this cooling feeling, and it completely dries down in a minute or so. I love the soothing consistency.

Reviewing 'advanced scar gel ' from the Eva Naturals Store that claims to help reduce the appearance of old and new scars .The gel comes in a pump action bottle that dispenses quite a lot of the cool feeling gel with each press . It's clear , thick and jelly like and smells pleasantly of aloe .It goes a long way so you only need a small amount on the area involved and absorbs quite quickly . I’ve used on an old operation scar and new and old keloids.My skin feels moisturised and soft, with the feel of a barrier of protection - this means I don't touch the areas as often which is a good thing. I've been using for a few weeks now and its hard to tell if it’s having any effect on the scars at this point but they certainly feel softer.Lots of ingredients , mainly water ,then aloe - no parabens ,sulfates or dyes . It hasn't caused any irritation and washes off easily .I’m monitoring my scars and will report back in time if this gel seems to have helped

At the time I was offered this for review (and still, at the time of writing) there were absolutely no product details in the listing, beyond the product name of Advanced Scar Gel. I accepted on the strength of having had nice products from this brand - Eva - before, so I expected whatever was in it would probably be quite nice, and something I'd be happy to use.That turned out to be a fair assessment, as the ingredients include aloe, niacinamide, salicylic acid, retinol and rosehip oil, all of which I like and use at least sometimes, so nothing to make me think twice about using it.It comes in a chunky plastic dispenser, with a pump-action top. The gel is a translucent, off-white colour, similar to Vaseline, but runnier. It doesn't look that attractive at first glance, but vanishes comfortably into the skin with no residue.I got it for acne scarring, both old and more recent. I know from past experience there's no miracle cure for this - at least, not out of a bottle - but products like this can help keep the scar area soft and supple, and may have some fading effect over time.It does feel quite gentle and soothing, and I like that it's odourless and very well-absorbed. You can proceed to apply other skincare products or makeup over it no problem.If you are having to treat a large area - either the site of a surgical scar, or many small blemishes over time, I think the small bottle probably won't last very long. Other than that, though, I think it's a nice product with good ingredients, which may help with continued use.

This is a product I hadn't tried before and I wonder how I lived without it. I'm prone to falls and bumps and have dizzy spells as well as accidents due to some health problems and being partially sighted. Therefore I get a few knocks on my body and as I'm also anaemic (blood disorder) I take a while to heal. This Advanced Scar Gel from the Eva Naturals Store has surprised and impressed me.I had a cut on my upper right leg from a scrape with a chest of drawers that I was repairing and sanding and although the cut healed, the scarring was still red and sore. I applied this scar gel morning and night and within days the angry looking redness had faded and was looking less permanent.The gel looks like Vaseline when you first pump some out, but don't be put off, it's not a greasy ointment but a water based gel that absorbs pretty fast and well and feels soft after application. It has a faint smell of rose and aloe vera and the best bit is, I've had no hypersensitivity reactions to it.One of the ingredients in this scar gel that appeals to me is Allantoin. Allantoin can hydrate the skin, soften keratin, and promote healing. Allantoin stimulates collagen production, which restores the skin's natural architecture and leads to smoother skin with normal elasticity and colour.Almost a week of applying this scar gel - my leg looks better. In photos you can barely see the scar at all.I know I'll need to keep applying the gel for complete effective results and intend to do so until my skin looks clear.I would honestly recommend this scar gel.

Excellent scar gel that provides a really good and therapeutic result for scars of lots of different appearances. This works just as well on keloid scars as well as just plain white ones or old ones. It really helps to soften and fade the skin and provide hydration without clogging it. Really pleasant and I saw results very quickly with consistent use. It isn't heavy or sticky and soaks into the skin nicely. Pleasant consistency in an easy to apply pump bottle. Very impressed with this. Quality for price point.

Advanced Scar Gel from Eva Naturals contains a blend of several ingredients to help hydrate the skin and reduce the appearance of the scar tissue. Absorbs easily, very easy to use and seems to be good quality. Too early to fully judge the effect, especially that I am using on a new scar and combining it with silicone gels (during day) and this scar gel for night.

About six weeks ago my daughter in law suffered an horrendous leg injury knocking her leg against an innocuous flower pot. It required ten stitches and has been slow to fully heal. Of course once the stitches were removed the crescent shaped wound started gaping and as it's healed it's left a nasty disfiguring scar across her lower leg. This gel is really helping to lessen the redness and general appearance of the scar and she will continue to use it in the hope of further improvement.
Absorbs quickly
After using the Advanced Scar Gel for several weeks, I'm pleased with the results so far. The gel has a nice, thick consistency that glides on smoothly without any sticky or greasy residue. Another bonus is that It absorbs quickly into the skin.I have several scars: from a past C-section as well as some acne scarring and with using this scar gel I've noticed the appearance of these scars beginning to fade. They seem less red and raised than before. It's still early but I believe with consistent use, I'm hopeful this scar gel will continue to improve the look of the scars.One of the best things about this product is that it's reasonably priced, especially considering the high-quality, natural ingredients like retinol and allantoin. And the fact that it's cruelty-free is an added bonus.

My roommate has had a number of surgeries in the past which have left some scarring behind so I asked if she wanted to try this out. She shrugged and said why not? Nothing else I’ve used has helped so this sure can’t hurt. Here is her review ——I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this because the packaging is lackluster. The product though is smooth and creamy without being heavy. It absorbs almost immediately. Like before I can put the cap back on the bottle immediately. I also tried applying more than one time and 3 layers in it still absorbed quickly, I have very thirsty skin. Okay now is where this review is going to get a little weird (strange maybe). I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures. That's not the strange part . I used it on a neck scar from 2 front cervical surgeries. My scar is rough looking because of using the same spot twice and has never gotten any less red or irritated looking in the 2 years since the second surgery. I tell you this so you know these aren’t fresh but, older and considered healed post surgical sites. This stuff is absolutely magical. The first time I used it I loved how it made that area feel, less stiff and itchy. If you have any large sections of scar tissue you know what I’m talking about, that area just never feels right again and not only from the issues with the nerves. The second time I used it the very next day the color started to fade. By day 3 I had a noticeable difference in the color of the scar and a more comfortable supple feel to my skin in that area. By day 5 my scar was almost the same color as my skin. This stuff is just amazing. I am so glad I tried it and will continue to use it as part of my skin care routine. Promising...
I've been using this gel for almost a week now, and I am optimistic about its potential. More specifically, I have been applying it twice a day to a scar left behind from a biopsy procedure on my neck (The results were negative, thanks for asking!), and I have seen some definite improvements so far.While it has only made a slight improvement to the actual visibility of the scar so far, I have noticed a flatter texture to the scar tissue. So perhaps once the patch of scar tissue becomes smoother, the gel will continue on decreasing the colour of the area to make it less visible as well. So it is promising at the very least.The gel itself does not have any offensive odour of any kind -- and seems almost unscented to me personally -- but it does blend into the skin fairly well without feeling too greasy or sticky. However, I will say that the neon yellow colour is an odd choice for the product, but maybe this is just a byproduct of the ingredients being used.The ingredient list is a bit longer than I'd like it to be, but it is reforming your skin after all, so I guess that's to be expected. Many of the ingredients are natural extracts at least, so that's a positive in that regard.Relatively speaking, the price is pretty comparable to similar products available at retail; although for a lesser known brand, you would think it would be priced more competitively. The container is also rather small, but I will say that a small amount does seem to go a long way.I will continue using this product as instructed, and based on the changes I'm seeing so far I would indeed recommend it as an option for scar care.
Eva Naturals Scar Gel
Eva Naturals Scar Gel comes in a 1.7 oz or 50 ml pump container. I have a picture of what one full pump looks like and you can see that the gel is a thick yellowish colour. It is possible to pump out less than that amount.I have a scar that is keloid from an infection on my face. The area was purple/red, had the raised keloid scar as well as a raised area. Using the scar gel, I feel that the scar has diminished somewhat in appearance and the swelling is gone. The skin is still purple and red in colour but the scar is relatively new.The scar gel has Aloe, retinol, glycerin, allantoin, salicylic acid among other ingredients to do the job. I have experienced slight sensitivity when applying the gel to my sensitive skin. Also, there has been a bit of skin peeling but nothing serious or significant for me to discontinue the use of the gel.The pump container has an expiration date of 06/12/2026. I have high hopes for this. I’m hoping this diminishes the appearance of my facial scar so that I’m not self conscious of it anymore.

The pump design makes it easy to apply. The product is a bit yellowish in colour. Not greasy at all.I applied it on some fresh ACNE scars and felt light and breathing on the area applied. Didn’t leave any irritations. The scars faded a bit already after one week. Glad that I gave it a try.
