I was concerned with the app Sonos app situation but honestly I never had a problem. The headphones have excellent features such as the hand off from a sonos soundbar to watch through the headphones which is a feature I will use alot. The ANC (Active Noice Cancellation) is very good and the sound quality is too draw. They are built really well and look and feel great. Honestly very happy with them overall.

I’ve have apple pro max , I have mx4 and mx3 Sony but these beat them they are so comfy , wow wow every instrument you hear ,the base is very nice and airy ( no distortion at full ) ,the mids are awesome and the treble is clear crisp , the software was supposed to be the problem but it’s all sorted and for me it’s fine I have a few Sonos stuff and never had problem with any of them love them my go to head phones now

The title says it all.I owned them for 1 day and then returned them. Good product, but the ear cups are too small. I own Bose QuietComfort Ultra over ear / SONY WH-1000 XM4 / SONY WH-1000XM5 & SONY WF-1000XM4 (in-ear) / JBL TOUR 2 (in-ear) - I also owned the SONY WF-1000XM5 for one day, but returned them. The best over ear headphone (BY FAR!) is the SONY WH-1000XM5 and the in ear is the SONY WF1000XM4. My decision I based on 1) Sound quality / dynamic range reproduction 2) comfort.

Great sound from these headphones. Ambient noise reduction could be better but other than that they're worth every penny just for their brilliant integration with their soundbars that allow you to touch a button and instantly channel the TV sound from the soundbar to the headphones. This feature alone (my partner says) makes them worth every penny as it allows me to watch the TV with full audio in silence, so not disturbing her sleep!

Terrible headphones bought these as they were supposed to be similar to airpods max opened them and connected them to my phone sound quality was awful tried to connect the headphones to other devices but they wouldn't connect not worth the money the only good thing is the build quality don't waste your money get airpods max instead

What’s SO Ace about Sonos?There is a divergence of viewpoints about Sonos’ foray into the headphone industry.I had a hard time understanding this distinction. At first, the sound quality was terrible, but later it became okay.When I first tried on these headphones, I almost returned them within the hour!Instead, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted them to work out. I have been looking forward to these headphones for some time. As a result, I held on to them for three weeks, while searching for a good justification for their high RRP £449.00. I didn’t want to return them. Yet, I couldn’t find a good enough reason for their high price to justify keeping them.As a result, I returned them, with a view to buy them in the future at a more reasonable price. You see, even within a month of purchasing Sonos had lowered their price by a staggering 16% to £378! Still not cheap enough, though. Based on my experience with premium noise cancelling headphones, the sweet price is £249.99.I am going to miss these headphones, though. Once you get over the initial shock of their awful sound, you come to realise they perform well — just not £450 well!At first, I was uninspired. In fact, as mentioned, shocked! The sound was both flat and muddy.I couldn’t workout how a company who specialises in sound would get it so wrong. Even with the firmware upgrade, I remained unimpressed. Then, I made some very important changes to ensure that I had my settings done.For example, I made sure I turned off the iOS EQ.In iOS you can do this by going to: Settings > Music > EQ > OffThen setting this in Sonos’ own iOS app:Sonos Ace Headphones > Sound > EQThen, setting:* Bass + 3* Treble + 9* Loudness: OffThen I burned in the earphones by listening to a range of music and specific frequencies that help gently warm up the drivers. Over time, the headphones opened up like a blossoming flower. And I thought, wow, these headphones sound good! Really good! Yet, in time, I always reverted to the mantra — not £450.00 good!The aesthetics of the headphones are world class. They are lightweight and are super comfortable. The subtle Sonos branding and the no finger print material on the cups is clean thinking. Different shades inside the cups make it easier to see which is the left ear cup and the right one. Overall, Sonos’ attention to detail is fantastic.There is plenty of room inside the ear cups, even for a set of a big set of floppy ears, and they don’t run too hot either.The outside of ear cups has a shallow profile, one of the slimmest profiles I’ve ever observed.There is a super fast USB-C 3 minute fast charge for an extra 3 hour battery boost. That’s impressive!The noise cancelling is wonderful. It is on par with competitors and perhaps even better? Reason being, the noise cancelling causes less pressure than some other headphones. This makes the experience more comfortable, especially over long listening sessions.Swapping audio from the headphones to my Sonos, Arc was sublime and effortless. This feature is amazing! I absolutely love it!! However, I am not willing to pay a premium for that feature alone. It’s convenient and super. But, other comparable headphones are on the market that can multi-connect over Bluetooth for a fraction of the price. And, while not as slick, those solutions are more cost effective.If I didn’t have so many reservations, I would consider sucking up the price. Unfortunately, these headphones aren’t without their quirks. And they have many, many, many quirks!For a pair of headphones, what’s the most important aspect? Yep! Sound quality!I understand the importance of a natural, non-coloured sound. Yet I want to tweak my sound to how my ears perceive audio, based on my unique range of hearing. To do this, I need to tweak frequencies via a multi-band EQ, I only had two bands. Treble and Bass. Oh, and that loudness function — which is a waste of time. Music sounds muddy, distorted and confusing when enabled. I listen to all kinds of music, and no music sounded good with that setting enabled.Battery level. You must access the Sonos app to see the remaining battery as a percentage. This user experience is not satisfactory. For example, a fast double tap could share this information with the wearer. Alternatively, lights on the outside could show a full charge green (10+ hours), mid-charge orange (10 hours to 2 hours) or low battery (2 hours or fewer).The tactile buttons on the outside of the cups are both practical and convenient to access. Yet, they feel cheap and way too clicky. They do not have a premium feel when pausing or skipping tracks or swapping to the sound bar via the content button. The material looks like metal but feels like plastic.Head Tracking and Spatial Audio. I don’t like it. It’s a preference thing. Maybe it’ll grow on me?You can turn this on via the Sonos App in the same place as EQ, i.e.Sonos Ace Headphones > Sound > EQTurn on Head TrackingThen go to iOS > Settings > Sounds & Haptics > (Scroll to bottom) > Personalised Spatial Audio.Here, you can calibrate your face/ears for a bespoke Spatial Audio experience.Receiving and making calls. This is the one reason I could not accept justify the high price. The quality is substandard. I found this experience interesting because I received a call and the caller commented,“What’s wrong with your headset? Sorry, I can’t hear you! You sound muffled. What? Sorry I can’t hear you!”When receiving incoming calls with certain apps, music would stop playing, that’s expected. However, it wouldn’t connect the headset to the app, so you have to connect it manually. That’s not acceptable.If Sonos can lower the price of these headphones to £249.99, it’s possibly a better option, and more competitive. As it stands, the price is too cost prohibitive, as the experience is just not on a par with that kind of asking price.

These headphones are exactly what you expect from a Sonos product. Although its their first venture into headphones, they have produced a great high end product. Great sound quality. The app could use some more EQ functionality but its enough to adjust the sound to personal taste.

Próbowałem wielu słuchawek żeby nie kupić AirPods Max. Miałem Bowers & Willkins p7s2, sprawdzałem XM4, XM5, Mommentum 4. Z tego grona Sonosy wypadły najlepiej. Mimo, że w większości plastikowe to sprawiają bardzo dobre wrażenie, wymienne pady, stalowa regulacja pałąka. Dwa kable w zestawie, niezłe etui. Słuchawki grają ładnie. Bateria zgodnie z deklaracjami. Odesłałem bo w międzyczasie trafiły na promocję i w kilku sklepach można było kupić je znacznie taniej. Poza tym aplikacja działa źle. Może nie fatalnie jak kiedyś, ale z pewnością nie dobrze. Ja w końcu nabyłem Maxy, ale jeśli ktoś nie jest w ekosystemie Apple obecną słuchawek ustabilizuje się na okolicach 1500 zł to polecam z całego serca.

Over het algemeen zijn de bouw en afwerking van topkwaliteit, de geluidskwaliteit is vrij goed en aangenaam. Maar als je een bril gebruikt, gaat die kwaliteit verloren als er geluid van buitenaf is, de kwaliteit van de ruisonderdrukking is niet erg goed en laat veel geluid van buitenaf door (ik heb het geprobeerd op mijn lange treinreizen en het geluid van de trein is nog steeds hoorbaar en ook als mensen praten, ik heb het gebruikt met een Samsung s24). Voorheen gebruikte ik de airpods pro van Apple en daarmee was de celacion erg goed.✅️ Comfort✅️ Bouw en materialen✅️ Batterij✅️ Snel opladen✅️ Geluidskwaliteit✅️ eenvoudig gebruik en aansluiting voor android en apple.❌️ Ruisonderdrukking, en als je een bril draagt wordt het nog erger.❌️ Gemakkelijk te coderen.❌️ Prijs, erg duur❌️ Als het warm is, zweet je veel in je oren, dus zijn ze geweldig omdat ze je oren warm houden.❌️ Ze zijn niet waterdicht, dus pas op als het regent, zelfs als je veel zweet in de sportschool.

Le premier casque Sonos propose un arceau confortable et de qualité. Le son est très bon (aigu, médium et grave corrects). Je recommande.
Comodidad para largas sesiones
Pros- Desde los auriculares en si hasta el estuche, todo tiene un diseño excelente. He leido criticas al cierre del estuche, en mi caso no me molesta y es algo que funciona muy bien.- Viene con cables USB-C a USB-C , y con USB-C a 3,5 mm- son los auriculares mas comodos que he usado en mi vida. He tenido Sony y Beats, luego de un rato de usarlos me dejaban doliendo las orejas.- Para viajar en avion son comodisimos, y la cancelacion activa de ruido funciona muy bien.- No se sienten pesados- Muy muy comodos para acostarte y seguir escuchando musica. Esto es algo que con otros auriculares se me hacia imposible.- No tengo que aumentar el sonido a niveles maximos- Las almohadillas se pueden quitar para lavar o cambiar por nuevas.Contras- Como usuario de apple, me molesta que la conectividad entre dispositivos no sea fluida. Pasar de la macbook al iphone, u a otro dispositivo apple es incomodo. Si los Airpods Max no fuesen tan caros quizas hubiera sido mi primer opcion de compra, pero tambien los he probado y los he sentido incomodos.- Por mas que tenga la app de equalizador, los graves aun siguen siendo bajos.- El precio. Conviene esperar a alguna oferta buena, yo he conseguido un buen precio con una oferta de BoloEn conclusion, yo los compre buscando buen diseño y comodidad, estoy muy conforme con los Sonos Ace.
