    The previous brand I bought had gigantic capsules. These are small and packed with everything you need to be heart smart. I am borderline hypertensive and have a family history of stroke so I’ve added this to my morning routine to try to keep my heart healthy. This is by far my favorite brand.

    I've taken COQ10 for years now, to help with a balance disorder I have called Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MdDS). I thought I'd give this one a try since it also contains MCT Oil and is still well priced. To my pleasant surprise, I've dropped 5-10 lbs over the last few months and haven't done anything else different, so I'm giving credit to this supplement! Woohoo!
