    Walking to work every day and being a little heavy footed can leave me with sore feet, put these in my work boots and they've made a surprising difference. Surprised as the boots already contained insoles which I had to remove to fit these even though they are relatively thin. Rubberised underside and a material upper which helps your sock glide over the surface, essential for work boots. Further raised area directly under the heel which provides additional cushioning. Well made, slightly more than I would have normally paid however after feeling the difference with the first day with a significant reduction in soreness my conclusion is they are worth every penny. Quite firm but take the shock out of each step which likely caused my sore feet. Recommended.

    These insoles are very soft and flexible. The underside is quite spongy and has a non slip texture to help them stay in place. Being so flexible can actually make them a little bit fiddly to get correctly positioned in some shoes, but once in place they don’t move around.The size 9 seems to be about right for a UK 9 but can be trimmed a bit if necessary. They do provide an extra layer of softness and comfort especially under the heel where the thicker padded section gives a noticeably soft cushioning as you walk.As someone who is prone to Plantar Fasciitis I have tried a variety of different insoles, I would class these as the cushioning only type. They are not really supportive insoles and they don’t have any notable arch support, which is often the aspect that helps the most with Planar Fasciitis.I received them free of charge to review as part of the Vine Programme. The were £11.99 at the time of ordering and if I had paid for them I would be happy with the purchase.

    Ho avuto modo di provare queste solette per scarpe da lavoro con grande soddisfazione. Il comfort per tutto il giorno è davvero notevole: dipenderà forse dal design ergonomico e dalla capacità di assorbire gli urti, ho potuto ridurre significativamente l'affaticamento durante le lunghe giornate in piedi. La superficie antiscivolo si è rivelata efficace, garantendomi una stabilità sicura anche su superfici umide e scivolose. sembrano realizzate con materiali di alta qualità, queste solette si sono dimostrate robuste e durature, mantenendo le loro prestazioni anche dopo settimane di uso intenso. La traspirabilità è un altro punto di forza: i miei piedi sono rimasti freschi e asciutti, senza l’accumulo di umidità e cattivi odori. Infine, l'adattabilità personalizzata ha reso queste solette particolarmente comode, poiché si adattano perfettamente alla forma del piede, migliorando ulteriormente il supporto e il comfort.     Estás plantillas son cómodas, aunque no demasiado blanditas, son para la talla 43, sobra un poquitín de largo pero se pueden recortar fácilmente.Tienen borde alrededor que quizá algunas personas no le resulte tan cómodo por la anchura de sus pies.Tienen base antideslizante gordita, aunque no demasiado (la zona naranja) y son flexibles.La parte negra es suave y uniforme, lo único que la parte negra se ensucia muchísimo! Aún no las hemos lavado por lo que no se que tal irán en la lavadora.
