    I normally take photos using a camera and don’t get involved with videos or voiceovers. These little microphones though encourage you to try a bit harder when taking videos. I wasn’t quite sure how this was going to work. The instructions aren’t brilliant for a novice.In practice, everything is quite intuitive. I have an iPhone 8. The bit that plugs into your phone is usb c but there is an adapter that you plug in to make it work with the standard apple connector so it fits into your phone directly. Apart from accepting the device on your iPhone there is nothing else to do. You press the button on the microphone bit to switch it on . There are two of them. You simply move to your camera app, switch to the video setting press go and start talking.When you play back the video the talking is crystal clear. The two little microphones come with furry covers. They also have spring clips to stick to your lapels. The whole set comes in a zipped case. There is a button press for reducing background noise.Making videos is a bit stressful. You have to think what you want to say in advance. You may worry about your accent and style of delivery. These little microphones take some of the stress out of this by simplifying the technical aspects.

    I ordered this microphone set to try and improve the sound on videos recorded with my iPhone. Whilst I am no Youtuber I do like to make the occasional video while out and about with the family. The iPhone camera is so good these days you often don't need a dedicated camera. My only slight gripe with videos shot on an iPhone is that while the picture quality is excellent this is let down rather by the poor audio. This little device has gone a good way to solving this little problem. The mic is easy to use, plug the receiver into the iPhone with the lightening connection and link to one or both of the mini microphones. Even just clipping one to the phone itself improves the sound quality on the video noticeably.The set includes a very useful little hard case to keep and transport the microphones in safely. This is an excellent touch.I would recommend these lavalier microphones to anyone needing to boost sound quality on their videos.

    I have this plugged in to a Google Pixel 7XL and it is working perfectly.The audio is nice and clear and walking around a field Vlogging doing metal detecting, there is very little wind noise. The battery life is excellent and have done 6 hours (around 8 trips) and no need to recharge as of yet.Very happy indeed with this microphone and a certain keeper.

    The media could not be loaded. I already have several high end microphones but was curious as to what was available if one were starting out on a limited budget so ordered these and am pleasantly surprised.I tested using both an iPhone and as a voice input for a MacMini and they worked flawlessly with both.Sound quality is middling but nothing I wouldn’t expect at this price point and still much better than shouting at your phone if you are vlogging or shooting solo.The supplied dead cats do a reasonable job at muffling wind noise though you can boost their performance by wearing the microphone under rather than over your Tshirt 😃Range is decent enough and matches what the manufacturer claims, the recording in the video was made about 15 meters from the receiver plugged into the Mac.How I Rate- ***** Don’t think, just buy it!- **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this.- *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives- ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits.- * Run for the door!I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations.

    …at a distance from this.Because I was close to this, when I was testing it, somehow I was getting the phones microphone being passed through this? I went through all the different modes, holding it for one second…it starts flashing green, which means that it’s not being noise reduced? And then if you hold it for about a second again, it goes to study green which means it is being noise reduced as you’re recording.And then if you double tap it, it starts flashing which means it’s muted. So it is not a fault that it’s not recording. It’s that this microphone doesn’t actually Work as it claims. Not sure how the phones mic still gets recorded with this plugged in though…I only noticed this wasn’t actually working properly when I took the microphone away from the phone literally in line of sight of the “receiver” and had recorded only background audio (from the phone’s mic picking it up from the distance I’d moved).So clearly, it doesn’t work, and if you were clipped close onto this, about an arm’s-length, you would probably be thinking that it is actually working…because the phone’s mic is still working somehow.What a waste of everyone’s time. Posting unfinished products. 0/5 if I could.

    Tolles Produkt, funktioniert einwandfrei u leicht bedienbar!!!Nur leider müsste die usb-c Verbindung um 90 Grad verdreht sein, um den Empfänger nicht auf 360er Vidieos zu sehen🥲🥲

    Youtube用動画を撮る時に元々はShureのラベリアを使っていましたが、手軽さがないのと雑に扱う時に躊躇してしまうので音質がある程度良くて使い勝手良いものを探していてこちらのマイクを試してみることにしました。思っていたより音質が良くてスマホとの接続もなかなか切れません。スマホとこのマイク、スマホジンバルがあればとりあえずの撮影が全てこなせるので機材がとてもコンパクトになりました。旅行にも気軽にもっていけます。

    すでにレシーバーとマイクがペアリングされており、パッケージを開封して即使用できるのは良いと思いました。レシーバーはUSB-Cオスコネクタあり、これが刺さればPCでも使用できます。また、レシーバーには充電が主目的のUSB-Cメスコネクタもありますが、こちらを使ってPCと接続してもデバイスとして正しく認識されるのが良かったです。肝心のマイクは、他のレビューを見ると全く問題無いようなので自分の個体が不調の可能性があり入力音声のゲインがかなり低めでした。ゲイン設定を上限にしても低いので、改善方法についてメーカーに問い合わせたところファームウェアのアップデートを勧められ、アップデート用アプリを使用しても最新ファームウェアがダウンロードできず、ファームウェアデータを送っていただいたものの更新動作が行われず、別アプリを送っていただいてアップデートを試したところ今度はペアリングされなくなり、どうにかならないかを問い合わせると返事をいただけないという状況に陥っています。現在はレシーバーは認識され、マイク一台がペアリングされているものの音声入力されません。アップデートしようとしなければ低ゲインマイクとして使えたかもしれませんが、文鎮にすらならない状況で非常に残念です。他レビューを見る限りは、初期不良がなければ良いマイクである可能性はありますが、そうでなかった場合の博打度はかなり高い可能性があります。ご注意下さい。(2024/8/4追記)ようやくサポートから連絡があり、代替品を送付してもらえることに。中国からの発送で時間がかかりましたが、新しく届いたものは問題無く使用することができました。ワイヤレスマイクとしてはUSB-C/lightning接続で簡単に使用できるところがやはり良く、価格のわりには収録音声は不満の無いものでした。評価を上げています。
