Quality of product is excellent, looks like provided photos. Fairly simple to assemble but you will need 2 people. The only negative is that it will not take standard size suspension files. Interior size of drawers is 31cm! Can find them but you need to hunt! Good value for money. Lock mechanism is good.

With the exception of a small plastic bag with two keys, all the packaging for this product is cardboard.And there's lots of it, including corrugated sheets inside the box, which really protects this product from transit damage. Though while it makes the packaging very planet friendly, it's a little tough to open.But eventually, and after carefully opening the box, to avoid scratching the metal, I got to admire a very nice looking filing cabinet. One that's finished in a semi gloss black powder colour scheme. So it shouldn't rust, but should last a long time.The cabinet has three drawers. Inside the top one you'll find a nice addition compared to other similar cabinets. In the form of a little tray for pens and pencils. The third drawer is larger than the first and the second and comes with two adjustable metal draw dividers. These dividers can be placed wherever you like inside the third drawer. This third drawer is also perfectly sized for hanging suspension files and folders.All of the drawers open and close incredibly smoothly with no noise at all. Plus they don't fall out either, this being due to stoppers at the end of each drawer. What's also nice with this one it's the third drawer has a wheel underneath it. so, even if you open all three drawers, it can't fall over.Another difference from other cabinets is the keys. These are not standard keys instead you get a piece of plastic and the metal of the key folds out. On the key itself it states these are "99% antibacterial with sanitized". I'm not sure what this means, but I guess it means the keys are easy to wipe clean. But I can say the cabinet is easily cleanable and it resists fingerprints rather nicely.Overall? If you are looking for a decent filing cabinet this one will do you rather nicely. Yes it's a little bit expensive compared to some, but you are paying for the quality on this.

Bought on the basis of reviews.However, the metal is extremely thin.The paint finish is gloss not matte.All drawers can be opened at once. Other wheeled cabinets of a similar size allow only one draw to be opened at a time - much safer.If it weren't such a ball-ache unpacking the item (impossible for me to repack) I would have returned it immediately.Had the thinness of the metal and the gloss paint finish been made clear then I would have happily paid £80. As it is it's overpriced and I'm rather disappointed.EDIT: the seller has responded to my review perfectly. I have received a full refund and profuse apologies.
3.0 out of 5 stars Strong steel cabinet that locks. Its small. Ours was covered in rust powder!
This arrives ready to use and its strong and well made. The drawers are smooth and the lock works well.The paint finish appears good.Now the problem. The inner bag that this comes in was covered inside with brown rusty residue. The whole of the outside of the unit was brown powder too yet we cannot see anything rusty. Clearly something in there is. Maybe its in the runners. We wiped the whole thing down and the cloth is brown!Strangely it doesnt appear to have affected the paint finish but its not acceptable on such an expensive item. If this wasnt a Vine review we would have opened a return without taking it out of the box.Size wise its 23" high.So in summary. Its a bit small but well made. Its way too expensive. This should be sub £100. The main thing though it needs to be stored in a dry warehouse or have protection to prevent rust!With no rust its a 4**** item. No rust and cheaper it would be 5*****

Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. Quality wise they’re excellent, they’re made from a reasonably thick gauge steel which appears to be powder coated, the finish is a matt white which is perfect. Note this is quite a heavy item. You get three drawers, one of which contains a fixed plastic organiser (top) suited for bits and bobs, pens, other stationery etc. The middle drawer is identical in size to the top minus the plastic organiser, the bottom drawer is much deeper which would be suited for file storage, you get two steel dividers to use in the drawer and there are multiple cut-outs inside the drawer to clip them in place and divide the drawer into any size you wish. All three drawers pull fully out of the cabinet to give you access and full visibility to the entire length drawer. Note, the bottom drawer has a fifth wheel which pulls out with the drawer, likely to stop the unit tipping over. I’ve placed my cabinet inside a fitted wardrobe for some out of sight storage, the bottom track for the sliding wardrobe door stops the bottom drawer from opening fully due to this fifth wheel. This is something to consider when it comes to placement as this wheel cannot be removed. You get two folding keys to lock the unit when required, the lock appears to work quite well. The four fixed wheels/casters also have breaks on at least two of them, possibly all of them. Highly recommended.
