    For those of you who like to know country of origin, these straighteners are made in China.Mine arrived this morning so I've only used them once so far. They are as described. Disappointed that they don't come with a heat mat, but i can use the mat from my old straighteners.

    Would recommend theses to anybody. Well worth the money. I have thick hair and they really do the job love to be able to adjust the heat really pleased I have now these a while and the plates stick together I have to keep pulling a slid switch to free them it keeps going on lock on its own

    I have lots of thick hair and have owned expensive hair straighteners over the years. I purchased this one to take on a holiday and it is better than the expensive ones I have used. Highly recommend.

    This is just a cut above other irons I have purchased. The temperature control is easy to use but 380 is too cool and 400 is too hot so I stay at 380 and deal with it. I haven't noticed it smooths out my hair that much better than others but I would buy it again.
