4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable typing experience
Typing on this keyboard has been a surprisingly comfortable experience. The flexible PCB adds a softness to keystrokes, making long sessions more enjoyable. Sound dampening is effective, reducing noise significantly. Customizing the switches is straightforward, catering to different preferences easily. The control knob is a nice touch, adding a modern element to the design. Connectivity is solid, though there were occasional minor issues with the wireless connection.
5.0 out of 5 stars Can't get over how good this keyboard is
The switches are less on the creamy side, they are more thocky but sound and feel amazing. This keyboard looks and feels absolute quality and for the price I was shocked! I wasn't expecting much but this exceeds it. It also has a lovely weight to it. Gorgeous keyboard.
4.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding wireless mechanical keyboard for work and gaming
This is a multi featured mechanical keyboard that has so many ticks in the plus column for me it just makes this a no brainer to recommend. Starting off with how quick and easy it is to set up either by Bluetooth if you want such a keyboard for your tablet, laptop or PC but also uses a USB dongle to reduce any connection lag making it ideal for gaming. The key are so responsive which is what you want and expect from a mechanical keyboard and with keys that can be removed for cleaning or customisation, there is just no end to how you can personalise this. Battery life is also outstanding, it was two weeks of heavy use before the charge up warning light came on which is seriously impressive. Overall, this is a solid investment for any setup be it student, professional or gaming.
5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely sound. Solid build. Easy to exchange key caps and switches.
This is a very well built entry level mechanical keyboard. Allows you to connect via USB, dongle or Bluetooth. All of which work very well. It has RGB lighting, but this is very subtle through the front (not top) of the keycaps. The build quality is superb. Good quality switches, which is backed up by a lovely sound when using the keys. Recommended!
4.0 out of 5 stars ....
This is one of those things that is constructed well and does what it says it'll do, so I don't feel as though I can rate this too low, but ultimately I don't think that this is this worth the current price. If the pricing was more competitive, I'd definitely go up a star
5.0 out of 5 stars Seriously good piece of kit
This keyboard has some very classy qualities to it which lead it to justify its price point. Let's start with the connectivity options - it has 3 modes, wired by USB which is plug and play, WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth as well which are all straight forward to use and you can toggle between at the top of the device. On the bottom you can flick up the base to make it sit up as standard but given the quality of it, it's quite heavy and solid as a unit goes (which is better than flimsy for sure)! The keys themselves are very solid and feels really smooth in operation. It works effectively and the mechanical parts to it make it a great addition to my desk given its overall sleek look. The only negative for me is the keyboard letter printed identifiers are on the front of the keys rather than the top but that's a minor grievance!
3.0 out of 5 stars Works well, but quite hefty.
The media could not be loaded. Although I use my phone keyboard quite a lot (I'm using it now), there are times when you get a little fed up with the typos as it's just not the same as a full sized keyboard. This is why I thought I'd give this a try.The first thing you notice is how chunky and heavy it is, it's certainly not designed for use on the go. I went for the white variant to match my PC, but there is a black option too.The keys feel like mechanical switches and they have a good quality positive actuation when pressed, although they do have the typical louder than usual click. The colour gradient from dark to light blue on the keyboard is a bit odd, it's not a selling point for me, but it's not offensive. The key lighting also looks good (but I like LEDs), I also liked that you can change the brightness and lighting effect to suit, or just turn it off and save battery power. In terms of negative points, if anything, it would be the key markings, having them on the front is a novel, but slightly annoying addition. It's fine if you're a touch typist, but it just slowed me down. So, does this offer good value for money? It will depend what you want to use it for. The short format (no number pad) would rule it out for some people, amd the weight discounts it as an obvious choice for.commuters. Priced at £79 less a 20% discount at the time of ordering makes it quite an investment. I'd say that a prospective buyer needs to consider the pros and cons carefully before ordering. It's far from a terrible keyboard, it's actually very good amd the build quality seems excellent, it's more a case of finding it's place in your set up.
4.0 out of 5 stars Nice keyboard
This is a very smart looking keyboard - I opted for the white version.Absolutely LOVING the colour display!! Looks very cool!At first wasn't sure if I liked the letters being on the side of the key but quickly got used to that and am fine with it now.Find it fairly quiet to type with, has a nice 'fee' to it when typing.Connects via bluetooth very quickly and have had no issues with that - seems to be holding charge well too.It IS heavy but that makes it feel like its well made and is going to last well.Negatives - not many to be fair - just wish it had numbers / number-pad. Would probably consider buying one.
Good budget keyboard, decent software, poor sound
Get this if you want to mod a hot swappable budget keyboard. For the price, you really can't find too many others that can compare. It's not bad, but not game changing in any way. ABS chassis, stiff flex, and stabilizers rattle. It could use some TLC, and if you're up for adding some mods and lube, it'll sound and feel really good. Specifically, tape mod, relube stabilizers and maybe lube the stock switches.Aside from that, I do enjoy the graduated colorway and the side printed legends that complement the RGB shine through. Not VIA/QMK compatible. Software is serviceable and not difficult to use. Interface is a little crowded but everything is categorized well and easy to use. I don't think you can even find the software on the AMZ page, so you'll need to google search for it and download it from a vendor.
Nice mechanical keyboard but key indicators hard to see
This 75% keyboard looks very slick with its black housing and grey gradient keys. The key indicators are on the front of the keys as opposed to up top, which is something new for me. They are a translucent white and are a bit hard to see against the grey unless the LED back light is on, especially the lighter grey keys towards the top. This will just take some getting used to, I am sure. The LED backlight is RGB and there are a ton of variations, patterns and colours you can setup to your liking. Included with this keyboard is a USBa to USBc cable, key cap removal tool, key switch removal tool, 2 spare switches and of course a manual. The keys have a nice mechanical feel without being overly stiff. Noise of operation is less than others I have used before as well. The keys are hot swapable, so you can change out the key switches with other units to change the key force and feel of the keyboard. You can also customize the keyboard by changing out the key caps. The provided tools make removal easy. The keyboard can be further customized via software, which I haven’t played around with very much yet. I like to keep things simple. However, it is very cool to be able to change things if you wish. I also really like the volume control on this keyboard. It looks cool and is very easy to use.Connection of this keyboard can be done wirelessly via Bluetooth or dongle or you can connect it directly with the provided cable, which is also how you charge the onboard 4000 mAh battery. I have been using the latter so that the keyboard always has power but all modes connect flawlessly. Simply move the selector on the side of the keyboard to the desired connection method and setup on your computer. Hidden underneath the left foot in a small slot you will find the wireless adapter for your USB slot if you want to connect that way. The feet are actually doubled up, one inside the other, so there are three angles available. I like a bit of angle so I have been keeping it setup with the short feet.Overall this is a very nice mechanical keyboard. It connects easily, works well and looks sharp. It will just take some time to get used to the key indicators. The regular price seems a little high at $119.99 but there is a 20% off coupon available at the time of this review, which brings it down to a more reasonable price.
ATTRACTIVE linear KEYBOARD
I am pleasantly surprised with these linear switches. The keyboard is lightweight and easy to move around. The typing experience is really nice. The switches are good without hand lubing. The keycaps are shine through keycaps, which I appreciate. Lately almost every keyboard at this level does not include shine through. Overall, I am happy with this entry level keyboard. It’s good quality for the value.
Nice, Bright RGB and Feels Great Typing and Gaming on This Keyboard
This keyboard replaced a 75% keyboard. While this is slimmer than that keyboard, it's bigger than a 60^% keyboard and the perfect size for me.The wireless / bluetooth works flawlessly with no lag.Excellent battery life. The lights are bright and colourful. They are fully hardware, not software customizable but I have left it on the default setting because it looks really nice. There is no key rollover, I assume it has end key rollover which is a good feature. The keyboard feels and sounds nice with keys that are linear and smooth with no tactile bump. They are not clicky keys but the keys are fully hot swappable if you want different switches.I'm extremely happy with these switches though so I won't be swapping them. The keyboard itself seems to be very well built and solid and is not super flexible or bouncy. For the price, there's tons of value in this keyboard and it replaced a more expensive, highly rated one.I definitely recommend it!
Great quality
As per usual of these types of keyboards, it doesn't include a numpad which is a little disappointing, but it does have its good points. I do wish the price were cheaper but the quality is solid to make up for the size. It seems like silver switches and they do feel like it. With that in mind, this isn't a "clicky" keyboard so if you're into those you'll have to look elsewhere. I prefer it like this since I'm in calls often and clicky keyboards are just way too loud. Not only is it on the quiet end though, I do like that the keys are very comfy and easy to use. They don't have a strong resistance so the keys are smooth all the way through. With that said, they may be missing the tactile feel that some prefer on keys with more resistance. Now, as a gaming keyboard, they did include backlit RGB to the entire board so it looks great especially when it's dark out. They're also doing a popular design right now with the side legends showing on the south. It takes a little bit of getting used to but I like it. Luckily, the switches are hot swappable too if you ever want to something different.Again, I do wish it were a little cheaper, but this is pretty much the norm for fancier keyboards. I do think it's great quality and everything feels like it's made to last. The keyboard feels durable and doesn't flex easily even when I put in some force. Overall, if you like the design and quieter switches, this is a solid choice for a keyboard.
