5.0 out of 5 stars Super tasty
Very tasty but full of goodness also, makes taking Ashwaganda much more pleasurable.
4.0 out of 5 stars Yummy Gummy
The Ashwagandha gummies come in a large, sealed plastic bottle, offering a 60-day supply with a recommended dose of two gummies per day. The fact that they are vegan-friendly and free from artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives is a big plus. These gummies are much easier to consume than traditional tablets, especially for those who struggle with large pills. The texture is soft and easy to chew, with an initial sweet raspberry flavor that makes them feel more like a treat than a supplement. My partner, who takes these regularly for anxiety, finds them both effective and convenient. However, the taste might not appeal to everyone. While the fruity sweetness is enjoyable at first, there's a strange aftertaste that I found slightly off-putting.Though not overwhelming, it's enough to notice and might make them less enjoyable for some.Overall, if you're looking for a vegan-friendly Ashwagandha supplement that's easy to take, these gummies are a good option. The two-month supply offers decent value, especially if you don't mind the aftertaste.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome ashwanghanda
Big fan of ashwanghanda- keeps the perimenopause red mist at bay! Recently switched to this brand and like it!
3.0 out of 5 stars Odd flavour.
These come in a sealed tub and give 60 days supply at the recommended dose of 2 per day.The nutritional information doesn't give the macros but the first 2 ingredients are sugars so it's going to be a high percentage sugar although not a lot overall. They claim to be vegan friendly. The gummies are a nice texture but to me tasted quite odd. Initially there is a fruit flavour which is backed up by the sweetness from the sugar but then an unpleasant flavour kicks in which is probably closest to a fishy taste. The unpleasant taste isn't very strong so overall they are still edible but certainly not the nicest gummies I've ever had.I've taken the active ingredients before and I think they have helped to relax me but the effects aren't particularly obvious. For 2 months supply the value is OK if you like the taste.
4.0 out of 5 stars Helping with tiredness
I generally don't like gummies as I don't think they are as effective as tablets and capsules, and because of the sugar content. These Ashwagandha gummies, like most other gummies I've tried, have the first two ingredients as sugar.I am suffering with a lot of tiredness and fatigue at the moment so thought I would try Ashwaghanda also known as the Indian ginseng. And I have to say that these are giving me a boost.I take two before going to work and they seem to take the edge off in a very subtle way. It's not a Kapow moment, but you realise that you're not flagging or yawning or shattered.I've not taken Ashwagandha before, but going forward think this will be part of my daily intake. The taste is lovely and pleasant. No issues there. Also no side effects.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to take Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha contains compounds that may help soothe the mind, reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and modulate the immune system. These benefits are the main reasons people use this popular supplement. These gummies provide similar benefits to traditional Ashwagandha root tablets, but many people find them easier to take, particularly if they have difficulty taking tablets. Each gummy delivers 600mg of Ashwagandha, and the recommended dose is two per day, totalling 1200mg, well within daily guidelines. One thing I cannot tell with these gummies, is how much sugar is in each. I'd feel better knowing they aren't packed with sugar. One thing I can say, is that they do taste good. The best-before date is Nov 25, which gives you 15 months to use them. A bottle, when taken daily, lasts for 2 months.Since taking Ashwagandha (6 months ago), I do feel it has helped stem anxiety, so I am continuing to take it.----------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Bolo Vine program. I always review objectively, and only award 5 stars if I feel a product is worth it and is something that I would be happy to buy.
4.0 out of 5 stars Decent way to take ashwa
Ashwa is one of the things in the supplement space I've been keeping an eye out for the effects they apparently have and gummies usually are easier to take than other ways so I acquired this. Sometimes natural flavours can be a little odd but I personally think they're alright, didn't really notice any aftertaste though some people might avoid them due to their use of both glucose and sugar (likely a small amount however). Considering the higher prices of gummies compared to more basic supplements the price seems alright for 2 months worth so seems relatively recommendable if you are someone that prioritizes gummies over the cheaper alternatives.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good taste
It's a really good deal value wise for two months, however that's really all it is. It taste good as expected for supplements of this kind, because ashwagandha doesn't have too many noticable effects. It's said, that it help to relax the body and the mind, but such effects can only be confirmed by people, who live very stressful lives.
