Backpack is extremely compact. When empty it ways absolutely nothing. It has two securing straps, they can be adjusted for best fit. When running it doesn't slide around and is really comfortable. So far, after two hikes, its been durable and served me well.It has two pockets on the back. One larger, where you can put camel pack or other larger items, and one smaller pocket for small items. On the front shoulder straps there are two additional pockets on each side. These would be good for phone or drink bottle.This backpack is ideal for runners or hikers.

Great piece of kitThe weight is low so makes it very comfortable and adjustable straps by the buckle and wear it meets the bag for a great fit.Water pocket/pouch great size and on first look quality seems very good.
