Something feels 'off' with this book. The content is okay, but the quality of the writing and apparent lack of proof reading makes it feel overpriced. It feels as if it's been scanned in with a character recognition tool or is using Chat GPT. For example, page 20 'Now, don't get me wrong y? All of that external pressure and overstimulation can be a breeding ground connectivity it brings' and 'analyzing and oological'. The only reference I can find for oological refers to the study of birds eggs! I'm also struggling to find a reference to Emory Love so I'm not certain if he's well known as described. I could be wrong, so make what you will of this book and the other reviews.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cut-the-BS philosophy!
This book is good! I tried my best not to overthink this review, so there you have it, this book is good!I'm only being silly. In all honesty, this is a great book. It has a straightforward, cut-the-BS philosophy that will undoubtedly aid you in your life if act on the information, that part is down to you.

Commendable!
This book delves deep into the intricacies of overthinking which for many a common yet debilitating issue. By clearly defining overthinking, this book provides readers with a solid foundation to understand their own mental patterns. It has the ability to transform overthinking from a vague, overwhelming problem into a manageable challenge. Identifying the triggers that ignite excessive thought processes is crucial for gaining control, and this book's exploration of these factors is commendable. It also doesn't merely identify triggers but provides actionable strategies to mitigate their impact. Moreover, its practical guidance on management techniques empowers readers with actionable steps to break free from the cycle of overthinking. This comprehensive approach makes it a standout self-help book, offering hope and tangible tools for those seeking to reclaim mental clarity and peace, and ultimately break free from the prison of their own thoughts. Also, I particularly like the topic about digital environment. It talks about managing overthinking in the present so watch out for it when you read this book.
