First of they arrived on time, do delays or anything. The product is as described, very high quality supplements, they are easy to swallow, no smell or taste per se. Overall I think they are worth the purchase. I haven’t used them for long as I only purchased them but I do think they will be a purchase am happy about.

Only after 2 years can I actually properly review these multivitamins because it took me that long to take them a little more seriously. I have been using these vitamins on and off hoping for a miracle pick-me-up but it just doesn't work that way. I've been suffering from migraines for years with the doctors saying that the best solution is pain killers. I've never taken painkillers but tried different things like iron tablets. I've actually given these vitamins a good try now over the past 6 weeks taking it daily. After about 3 weeks I realised that I have more energy throughout the day, afternoon slumps have gone, and migraines have gone. Note: I havent changed my diet which is not that good, but I have seen benefits regardless.The range of vitamins and minerals are excellent and varied which is great. The vitamins last a year so are great value and I'll continue to buy them and recommend them.Taste is not an issue. I swallow them quickly with water and doesn't leave any after taste. I position the tablet straight on my tongue and I can swallow it easily without it getting stuck in my throat.

I've been taking these for maybe a week now, so don't have much to say (yet) of how effective these are, but I'll update this review after a month or so and add comments on how I'm feeling (UPDATE BELOW).For now, I can still confidently say this: these are a very good price for an entire year's supply. Nutravita does some pretty good stuff and based on the other reviews, these definitely are one of the best multivitamins in terms of value for money.Only downside is that they smell and taste pretty unpleasant. They have a weird salty flavour, so you gotta swallow them quick to avoid that and especially the lingering aftertaste. I wish the flavour was more neutral.UPDATE 01/11/2021So I've been taking these for nearly a month now, and they're not a miracle drug by any means - I mean, they're multivitamins - but I can feel a positive effect. They help me feel less tired, and since I do intermittent fasting and am trying to lose weight, I've noticed these in combination with ACV capsules have made my weight loss more stable and consistent. My skin is also the clearest it's probably ever been, which is something I didn't expect!The slightly awful taste is less awful now that I'm more used to taking these, but it's still there. And I wish these had more vitamin D - I'm taking a vit D supplement with these now that the days are getting darker. But definitely, absolutely worth it regardless!UPDATE: After 2 months, I'm still taking them, but I noticed that keeping them in a pill box makes the capsules turn dark and spotty, AND they become slimy? I don't know why this happens but I threw out the slimy capsules and won't be keeping them outside the bottle again. Not sure if mine are a weird batch but luckily I got a full refund for them.

Multivitamins & Minerals - 365 tablets and oval shaped, not only encourages you to take one tablet daily with a view knowing you have consistently taken vital vitamins and minerals to maintain a healthy life style and must importantly they are easy to swallow. This is my third year of using a 365 number of vitamins so i encourage you to have a go of achieving the 356 day tablet challenge.
