    How have I never seen a beard trimmer with a vacuum built in before? I feel like I’ve missed out, and spent years having to sweep up or hand vac stubble off the bathroom floor when I didn’t have to, but I don’t think these have been available for that long really.It works like a charm, and is very easy to use - you set the dial, trim your beard and all the hair gets sucked into the vacuum chamber. It’s a decent, sharp, stainless steel trimmer too, plenty of different beard lengths (20, from 1 to 20mm, or 21 if you count just the trimmer without either comb installed) for anyone, and a decent close trim on the lowest setting - I have sensitive skin and get really bad razor burn if I use a blade razor or electric shaver, so I tend to avoid them, but this trims my stubble short enough to be acceptable for work or even the most formal of occasions.Charging is pretty quick, and you get a decent amount of shave time with each charge - I use mine every 3 or 4 days and haven’t needed to charge it for 4 weeks so far and counting. I have a goatee beard, so there’s a fair bit of face and neck estate to trim every time so I maybe use it for around 8-10 minutes each time. As well as trimming, it’s great for shaping and defining the edges of the beard - in the past I’ve used a couple of different trimmers, one for trimming and one for shaping but with this one, I don’t need two. It’s IPX6 waterproof, so you can use for wet or dry shaving.The 2-speed vacuum captures the stubble in a small compartment, and emptying it is as simple as sliding the case up. Cleaning is easy too, both for the trimmer and the vacuum compartment. You get a small cleaning brush with the trimmer. Cos there’s a vacuum, it’s a little noisier than a basic trimmer, but it’s not annoying.The price is pretty darned awesome too, this is an excellent value beard trimmer - I almost feel like I robbed the manufacturers getting it for the price I did!A very easy two thumbs up, I’d recommend this to anyone who needs a good beard trimmer and hates brushing up their stubble after their shave. 👍🏻👍🏻

    So testing this kind of reminded me of the attachment you get for the adjustable lengths on the Philips Oneblade, found that very helpful to get to my desired length.The sharpness of the blades was pretty good, despite having a high guard up, it still cut without any issues and the hair was caught leaving minimal hairs at the end that I could easily wipe off.In terms of design, the dial to change the guard length is very bad in my opinion. I wish that they had made it easier to change, it feels like I'm trying to grip a penny that's super glued to the floor, I think they should give it more surface area to hold, or at least make it more vertically longer so you can grip it properly.I've seen adverts for this vacuum as a joke, and I never took any seriousness to it, however after actually using it and realising it's a real thing, I can say this is something that you'll benefit for your money, it does the job exactly as intended and value wise it's saving your time cleaning up after whilst getting rid of hairs that could be stuck on the area.

    Beard trimming is always something I find a bit tedious as it's hard to stop hairs going everywhere, either in the sink or all over the floor. So this trimmer with built-in vacuum caught my eye.I wasn't particularly expecting much to be honest, but it works way better than I'd imagined. It doesn't catch all hair, but gets a significant amount, enough to be a success. There are two vacuum levels and I have been using it on the lower setting, so should be even better on high.Comes with the device locked and nothing in the instructions to say how to power it on - but there is some very tiny writing on the screen that says hold the power button down for 3 seconds and it will activate. Do the same again and it will lock the power button - this is a neat travel feature to stop it activating in your bag.Is slightly larger than other shavers but that is to be expected. Not really much heavier though.Only real downside I have found so far is that the vacuum cover needs the clipper guard removing (or extending) so it can be removed, which is a bit annoying when you have a short trim setting. Other than that, really pleased with this.
