    If I said I love this tea it would be an understatement! I don’t like normal tea and most herbal teas as I hate the taste. This has a lovely taste that is quite floral.The benefits I have found is I have lost weight easier (I eat a healthy anti inflammatory calorie controlled diet too) also my blood pressure has reduced enough that I don’t need medication, my stress levels are way down and I have had what they say are a lot of the worst things in life happen this year and would normally have had multiple meltdowns by now but here I am chilled and smiling and coping. I also feel a little healthier and hopefully with all the antioxidants will be able to fight off infection better. I can definitely tell the difference when I’ve had my hibiscus rose tea. Although it does make me drink more fluid and take time to sit and relaxI tend to make a flask with one teabag and it does two cups. I leave it to steep for at least 6 minutes before the first cup so it’s strong enough. I have the next cup within about 4 hours. I tend to have one at about 4 pm and one about 7pm. Occasionally I’ll start the day with it if I need to de-stress.It is nicer if it’s stronger and made in one cup but I’d rather get the benefit twice and drink more fluid.I always carry a bag or two in my handbag incase I’m out somewhere and tea is being made 😁.

    This is a quality green tea and that shows in the taste. The tea bags are made with a silky mesh which allows them to infuse well into the hot water. The taste is not bitter yet distinctive and grows on you the more you have it.However, other reviews comment on its lack of strength and colour. So a few basic points and a big bonus:- If you leave the tea bag for 2 minutes it will be weak and tasteless. - If you leave it for 4 minutes you will get a decent cup of green tea.- The added bonus here is to keep the used tea bag. Yep, I know - that goes against what you want to do which is throw it out. However, the second cup is unbelievably good and as I have 2 cups a day I see the second one as a free cup!I’ve even tried seeping it in the fridge overnight and drinking it cold the next morning for a good hit of antioxidants. It’s extremely refreshing and why waste the tea bag which still has so much left in it after the first cup.Like me, you may find it gets better after the first cup.

    These have a fantastic taste but they do contain caffeine which I didn’t spot before I purchased. They smell lovely and they brew very well after 3 minutes.

    I’ve really enjoyed the VAHDAM Chamomile Herbal Tea. The flavor is calming and smooth, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also love that it’s caffeine-free, making it a great option for nighttime. The pyramid-shaped tea bags allow for a better infusion, which enhances the flavor and aroma. However, the resealable ziplock pouch could be a bit sturdier, as it doesn’t always close properly. Despite that minor issue, the quality of the tea is excellent, and the 100-bag pack is a great value for regular tea drinkers!

    Sono un amante del thè come bevanda quotidiana, quindi ho già assaggiato diversi gusti di questa pregiata marca indiana e anche questo Oolong non mi ha deluso: confezionamento impeccabile con bustine in tessuto trasparente che consente di vedere le foglie essicate: non si comprano "briciole vegetali" o "polvere di foglie" come purtroppo accade con alcune marche!La singola bustina contiene oltre un cucchiaio da minestra di thè, quindi si ottengono anche un paio di tazze piene di bevanda dal color bronzo.Il sapore è un incrocio tra thè nero e thè verde, ma con un profumo e una aromaticità esclusivi.Consiglio la degustazione in purezza, senza zucchero, limone o latte, seguendo le istruzioni di preparazione ben descritte nella scatola.Il prezzo attuale di euro 24,47 per 100 bustine ovvero 200 gr non è economico, ma la qualità è davvero sopraffina.L'unico punto debole è rappresentato dalla troppa tenuta del filo sulla bustina: bisogna stare molto attenti, perché si rischia di strappare il tessuto e far fuoriuscire le foglie di thè.voto 5 su 5
