Item being reviewed: jjshund - Resistance Bands Set, 1.5 M Exercise Bands with 5 Resistance Levels, Long Stretch Bands for Men & Women, Workout Resistance Bands for Yoga Gym Pilates Fitness Strength Training Muscle Building.Price at time of order / review: £11.99.My physiotherapist gave me a couple bands to work with; but, I decided to get this set because it offers five different resistance levels. (They two she gave me were the bottom two 'weights'.) I showed her these and she was happy for me to use them as long as I followed her plan. (I majorly screwed up my shoulders.) I've been using these a while now and they have held up just fine. So well in fact that I've got my husband using them now too. They're very flexible, no hard spots, no splitting. If I ever wear these out and need another set I know where I'll be getting more. The only thing I don't like is the slight rubbery smell.

Came really well packaged, with each band separately wrapped.You get five exercise bands with this order, each one is for a different strength, and different colour, ranging from 10lbs, 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs and 30 lbs all made from Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which is not latex.Each band, has printed on the edge, that colours resistance figure in pounds weight which is extremely handy.They didn’t have any strong odours, just the slightest hint of like a rubber smell, but that soon disappeared when using.Its recommended for beginners to start with the lowest band first.You can also double up on the bands, if so wished.Comes with a handy instructions and exercises leaflet.Very happy with the quality, also look bright and pretty colours, happy to recommend.Few photos attached for reference.

I really like the selection of weights. You can definitely feel the difference in the resistance between the different bands. They are well-marked and easy to see the weight of each. They also feel really soft and nice in your hands and don't have any strong or odd smell like some products like this do. Also don't leave any weird after feeling on your hands either, again something I have had happen with other bands.So overall have been very useful to add into my at home routine, even came with a leaflet with examples of exercises to get you started.

These bands came neatly packaged in a box with instructions. They are a very versatile set with 5 different lengths. As a relative beginner at exercise and weight lifting I thought they were worth a try for warm ups.Having only tried 3 out of the 5 bands so far, they are pretty good and do the job nicely. Can't comment on the durability or longevity but all good for now.At time of reviewing they are reduced from around £12 to £10 so keep an eye on the price.

Very useful to hsve around especially as they are supplied in 5 different resistance levels. Ideal for muscle strengthening in physiotherapy exercises.

I was really surprised by the good quality of these bands, especially for the price.These resistance bands are a good set for covering a range of workouts and applications.They had a faint odour of plastic/rubber when first unpacked, but the smell has dissipated with time.There’s a good range of resistances and there's also an instruction booklet to give some ideas of how to use the bands.All of the bands are in good condition. I’ve had some bands that arrived with tears and nicks that eventually snapped. These bands don’t have any obvious quality issues.Overall, I think this is a great set.
