I haven't tried them yet, but just looking at them is enough to slice your finger open. Razor sharp burrs all over the threads.
Verarbeitung top, kein DVGW
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine 1" Rohrverschraubung mit flachdichtender Überwurfmutter aus Edelstahl 304 ("V2A").Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut: Das Gewinde weist keine nennenswerten Beschädigungen auf und ich erkenne keine Querschnittsreduzierung innerhalb der Verschraubung. Die Auflagefäche der Flachdichtung ist absolut plan.Allerdings gibt es zwei kleine Kritikpunkte:1. Obwohl der Werkstoff prinzipiell lebensmittelgeeignet ist, fehlt die in Deutschland notwendige DVGW-Kennzeichnung. Ich würde die Verschraubung daher nicht in Trinkwasserinstallationen einsetzen. Für Druckluft-, Heizungs- oder Kühlinstallationen, z.B. solche aus Viega Temponox oder Sanpress, sollte vorher die Materialkompatibilität geprüft werden.2. Ich finde keine Informationen über die mitgelieferte Dichtung. Es handelt sich um eine Flachdichtung aus weißem harten Kunststoff. Vermutlich PTFE oder gar PVC. Ich benutze lieber Klingersil, weshalb ich sie lieber gleich entsorgt habe.
Gut verarbeitet und zuverlässig
Die 1/2" Rohrverschraubung ist gut verarbeitet und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Die Gewinde sind sauber geschnitten, und die Verschraubung ist stabil und dicht. Zwar fehlt die DVGW-Kennzeichnung, aber für die meisten Anwendungen ist sie perfekt geeignet.Fazit: Eine solide und zuverlässige Wahl für verschiedene Rohrverbindungen.
