4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy Cabinet, Instructions Could Be Better!
This cabinet is versatile enough to be used in various settings, however it's particularly ideal in a garage for tool storage. The cabinet features a sturdy metal construction, which feels durable and reliable. The two doors open smoothly, and the adjustable shelf inside allows for flexible storage options, accommodating items of different sizes. This has been particularly useful for storing tools and supplies in my garage, keeping everything neatly organized and easily accessible. The wall-mounted design helps save floor space, which is a big plus in smaller areas. However, the installation process was fairly complicated. The instructions weren't the clearest, it required some effort and patience to mount the cabinet securely. I had to rely on the video instructions from the listing to get the cabinet built.
5.0 out of 5 stars fine looking cabinet
The pictures do make this appear to be bigger than it is but the measurements do add up.I had no issues screwing this cabinet on the wall and the final look was rather pleasant. It's mainly being used to harbour tools but it feels more convenient to access it through this cabinet than try to search through all the draws. The key lock is an additional function that I have no complaints with even though I don't have any need to lock this cabinet.I like this addition to my workshop.
4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, but put aside 30 minutes to build it.
Sturdy, but put aside 30 minutes to build it, it was a bit faffy to put together. I needed my reading glasses! It’s strong once constructed and it opens and closes really well. - so 5 stars for that.I just had to dock a star for the instructions, it made the process a bit painful, yes the results were good, but I did let out a few swear words trying to read the instructions. Honestly, given the size of the packaging, I think they should consider sending this pre-built, or just print bigger directions. :)BUT a good product, holding up well - sturdy as you like.
1.0 out of 5 stars not well instructed
the product is not very easy or well illustrated on how to put it together or things being marked or even any of the screws fixing the holes what a waste of money the worst flat packed object iv ever had to assemble, as well as not knowing which way thing are meant to go as no markings but cant get into put screws together as well as most of them not fitting i haven't put the hydraulic arms on as the screws sent do not fit the holes.very very dissatisfied
3.0 out of 5 stars Awkward
Supeer wall mounted cabinet is almost spelt like super but doesn’t spell super because it’s not super.Everything was supplied. They've chosen to use screws that are halfway between self-tapers and metric set screws. This choice did not make life easy. The screwdriver did the job but it was hard going. One of the strengthening bar sections had weld where it needed to hook and slot into place. Luckily we had tools here to be able to correct the welding issue so the cabinet could still be put together. See photos. One of the sides had a strange oiled or waxed scratch on it. See photos.I managed to follow the instructions but had to use my head as pictures weren’t always clear. I put magnets (part P), in with the shelf as it showed. When I got to the end of building, I had none for the doors so took them out and put them on the doors which made much more sense. This is the longest it’s taken me to do a flat pack. A little over an hour. Mainly due to the poorly drilled holes and screws supplied. I managed to round one of the screw off so not great quality. The finished cabinet with locking doors was decent enough but it was a frustrating experience. Nothing a sit down and cuppa tea wouldn’t sort out. The overall look is suited to a garage. I wouldn’t want it in a bathroom or kitchen, as they suggest. One odd thing is that in the box, there are 4 triangular, metal corner pieces. These aren't mentioned in the instructions and neither are they shown in the expected contents. Not sure what they are for? Just for packaging maybe? But they are metal...The lock is ok but there is no strength to the unit so could easily pull the doors off if someone really wanted to get at my tools.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very good cabinet, but assembly instructions not the best.
As with everything nowadays, the SUPEER Metal Wall Cabinet comes in bits and needs to be built. It's not huge in size, so I feel it could have been sent fully assembled without .Although there were only six main panels to put together, the instructions consisted of small diagrams, and it wasn't at all clear which way around the pieces needed to go. After some frustration, we eventually worked it out and got it together, but the screws holding the door ball joints were very difficult to get in, so we abandoned the supplied screwdriver and used a battery operated drill with a screwdriver head which did the trick.Having got it assembled and up in our outhouse wall, we are really pleased with it. It's strong and sturdy, and the door comes with a key to lock it if desired. Although not huge in size, it holds a fair amount. If the assembly instructions were a bit clearer, it would have most certainly have got five stars.
