Nanoleaf are renowned for their high quality lighting products and this LED strip is just as good as their other items! The lights are very bright and it looks amazing under my bed. I use the Vaporwave preset and it looks so nice that I couldn't stop looking at it (no exaggeration!). I control it by Alexa and would happily buy another if the price was a bit lower. The effects on the strip are so smooth and vivid, I think it's brilliant.

PositiveThe free themes from other people that you can download are fantastic. So many other LED strips are limited by just a few themes and sometimes only provided by the manufacturer. The colours of this seem very accurate compared to other light strips that I have (Kasa, Tapo). The flow of the colours through the strip - addressable LEDs - is very smooth and impressive.NegativeThe strip stopped responding frequently in the Nanoleaf app. Both the app and the strip were updated. I have more than 20 smart home items going back about 6 years, none were ever so buggy. The truth is, I did see other buggy app complaints in reviews but I wondered was it just an unlucky product for them, no apparently. The colours are surprisingly dim for the price of the product. I double-checked the Nanoleaf page, the previous LED strip was 2000-2200 lumens but this one is listed as 550 lumens. It is the darkest of all my smart lights. No use...

Another high quality lighting set from Nanoleaf.The effects produced from this light strip look great. The colours are nice and bright.This light strip also works with Alexa and is very easy to control and set.Overall thge product works really well!But that price!!!Way too expensive when there are much cheaper alternatives out there that do the same thing.

This is not my first Nanoleaf light and once again they do not disappoint. These are quite expensive but are great quality. They are simple to set up and work perfectly. The are bight and using the app there is a multitude of configurations. Super item.

I was so excited to receive this product to test. I have a couple of LED strips (one behind the TV, one neon one and another that I will be going around my home office ceiling) but they are very simple, single colour at a time choices.The range and versatility of this set really intrigued me and I couldn't wait to try it.Unfortunately, as soon as I turned it on disappointment struck.A little under 1/3 of the lights would turn on - the other 2/3s just didn't work at all.I will say that the lights that did turn on were amazing. The lights were bright, the colours clearly defined and using the app I was able to see them displaying different colours at the same time. Absolutely gorgeous.Unfortunately, having so few of them working will mean my uses for them will be very limited.I awarded 2 stars as there are definitely some positives in what did work, but they outweigh the negatives but them not working and had it not been an offering on Vine I would've returned for replacement/refund.

Nanoleaf Matter Essentials 5M HD Led Strip Light, Addressable RGBIC Led Strip.The Nanoleaf Matter Essentials 5M Smart LED Strip Lights for Bedroom are great, the kit is very high quality made from high quality materials and they are really easy to fit using the pre applied tape and clips, simply Fit the lights wherever you want them, connect the USB cable to a power outlet and download the Nanoleaf App, from there you get simple instructions on how to set up the colours, there are dozens of preset colour patterns or you can create your own with 300 addressable with 60 colour zones and LEDs per meter, your options are limitless! From rainbow patterns to solid colours, there are literally millions of colour combinations and effects you can create. They also support Alexa and Google too so you can control them using your voice!Overall a very high quality 5m RGBIC strip, however at a staggering £69.99 at the time of reviewing they are VERY expensive compared to certain other virtual identical ones, otherwise these would have been given 5* review.

I have quite a few LED light strips, but these are something else entirely. Yes, there is 16 million different colours to choose from, yes, there is a 5 metre LED strip, yes they can be syned to music etc, but what these do that my cheaper versions don’t offer is gradient lighting, which looks fantastic, voice control via smart technology, brightness adjustment and scene mirroring. I love that I can set timers too. They are super easy to set up, connected right away, and work as expected.Overall, I am well impressed and do recommend. The price of £69.99 might seem a lot, but they are excellent and worth the extra!
