This hose is pretty decent quality, it seems a bit more heavily made than others I've seen which is reassuring as the expansion and contraction abviously puts strain on the materials and ultimately leads to leaks so heavier made is a good thing in my mind. As with all such hoses, you do not have the option of using tour own connection fittings - the brass fittings are crimped on to either end so if they are damaged you are in trouble. The brass fittings on this one are OK quality, they're not heavy duty but neither are they light or flimsy. Another option you dont get with these hoses is a water stop at one end as this would prevent the hose from collapsing and emptying when the water is turned off, so if you want to change the nozzle, you have to turn the water off otherwise you are going to get wet.A plastic spray nozzle is supplied with the hose - it is ok quality but nothing to get excited about. Connection to the nozzle is via standard connector so you can use a nozzle of your choice. Theres also a tap connector but I always prefer the yellow branded ones (eithr plastic or metal) as I have found that cheaper connectors are very prone to drips/leaks.At 100ft long this is a good sized hose, and unlike a standard hose it will fit comfortable into a bucket when empty so takes up little storage room. This is a reasonable hose and with careful handling is suspect it will last well. Repeated standing on such hoses causes even the best ones to split so these hoses are not really suited to heavy duty applications.

My garden is long and I always had issues reaching the back. Not any more thanks to this. It comes with all the required fittings and reaches every where. The only thing I don’t like is when using it with a pressure washer, it’s better to use a regular pipe for the pressure washer. So far it has been great and shrinks up when not in use so very easy to use. I am very happy with this and so are the plants in the back of the garden

Fair Quality hose for the garden but overpricedWe have had way to many of these over the years to count however like the fact that it can retract once pressure is removed and store away easily, we do have a solid hose pipe but it is a pain to reel back in, this quality wise is thicker than some of the other similar ones we have had, coming with metal connectors and chunky rings press fit keeping it all together so it dont leak.The outer protection is a density weave, however i'm unhappy to say is lower quality than our other 100ft one that we paid less for,We will likely only use this for washing the cars and caravan that is in our front garden as our current one can reach the rest so this will limit the amount of wear and tare. one thing to note with these hoes is that you should not leave them out in direct sunlight as the rubber inside becomes very soft you turn it on and it ruptures.All said at Just under £33 for a 100 ft lower quality hoze i feel this is not good value, i know there is better priced offerings as i own one already, for light gardening where you have rough ground that it will be dragged over i would not recommend, if it is only ever going to be dragged over soft surfaces like grass i can see this fairing better, for my use case the price v quality is not right so is a 3 star product on price .
