5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight
Lightweight hydration vest. Order arrived on time and well packed. It's very small, light, feels well made, and well designed. Has an array of practical to use pockets, and straps. Doesn't include a water bladder... .. .This pack will accept a 2Litre bladder. The mesh shoulder straps is great for keep cool. Has an inside and outside pocket for small items. Plus some webbing for securing a lightweight tops for example (which I've done in the past).Front pockets designed to accept 250ml water bottles one each side on the shoulder straps. The design isn't going to suite everyone and it does have limitations but for the price it's a good if used within them. 5/5
3.0 out of 5 stars running backpack
Running backpacks are often made of lightweight materials such as polyester to ensure the overall weight is light and less taxing on the run. For example, INOXTO's 5L trail running backpack is known for its lightweight polyester fabric and unique honeycomb mesh design, which fits snugly on the back and reduces swaying. Some backpacks, such as AONIJIE, adopt ergonomic back design, which makes the backpack blend perfectly with the runner's body, and maintains stability even in high-speed running.Running backpacks usually have a reasonable capacity design, which can meet the needs of carrying mobile phones, keys, water bottles and other necessities, but will not add unnecessary weight due to excessive capacity. For example, the FlipBelt adopts a 360° tubular storage design with two front and rear pockets, which can accommodate mobile phones, water bottles and other items. The clear storage space makes it easier to place items in a more orderly manner, making it easier to access them quickly, while the waist packs of brands such as Nike and Decathlon also provide a clear partition design, making it easy for runners to store different items according to their needs.Running backpacks are mostly waterproof or splash-proof to protect the items inside the bag from rain or sweat. For example, FlipBelt's waist packs are made with waterproof zip pockets and waterproof materials to keep the contents dry even in rainy or sweaty conditions.Rucksacks from brands such as Decathlon also use waterproof fabrics to ensure peace of mind in bad weather.Breathability is essential for long distance running, and INOXTO's backpacks feature a honeycomb mesh design that is not only thin and lightweight, but also reduces the discomfort caused by back sweating.Adjustable elastic and shoulder straps allow the pack to fit runners of different sizes and provide a personalised wearing experience. Some running backpacks are equipped with reflective strips or fluorescent designs to improve visibility at night or in low-light environments to ensure the safety of runners. For example, the reflective elasticated wrap design of FlipBelt waist pack greatly improves the safety of running at night.

2.0 out of 5 stars Of no use to me for running activities
The first issue I have with this is something I should have noticed in the pictures.....The tube from a water bladder comes out of the pack in the centre of the top of the pack, meaning it's at the back of my neck. This is not comfy.I then put the pack on, and immediately felt the straps rubbing the sides of my neck. This is a problem I've had with other packs in the past, and if I try running a distance of more than 5km I end up with what looks like carpet burns. The gap between the straps is barely 4cm, and it's fully taken up with the opening for the bladder hose. The side straps adjusted nicely to hold the pack snug onto my body, but the thin straps across my front aren't in the best of positions for me and can't be moved. This is the first hydration pack I've seen where these can't be moved up and down by one method or another.Time to look at the pockets. The main section has two zip pulls, so can be zipped closed in either direction - or with them left together mid-way round. There's a single velcro hanger for a water bladder positioned directly above the hole for the tube, which means the tube needs to run between the bladder and the back of the pack which isn't the way I'd normally load it in. There are two dividers in this pocket. One runs from the bottom to about two-thirds of the way up, which holds the bladder in place. The other is attached to the front of that, starting higher up from the bottom and ending slightly lower to form a kind of pocket. You can them put more items in front of that. My 2 litre bladder (which I already owned) is a bit too long for this pack. The external front pocket doesn't have any secure fastener, so you need to watch what you put in it. I'd probably restrict it to a compact waterproof coat. The two straps have the same pockets on each. There's one fairly long one with a velco fastening. If I take my phone out of the protective case I always use, then I can just get it into one of these. In the case the opening is much too narrow. There's a second pocket in front of that which has a wider neck, but it's only long enough to cover two-thirds of the phone in case. It's also still a little too tight to be trying to put the phone into the pocket whilst on the move (even while walking). My phone has a 6.6 inch screen. This may get used as a back-up for short walks, but I won't be using it for running or longer hikes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Coll and comfortable to wear
This is a hydration vest only it does not include a bladder. It is perfect for runners as it is so lightweight and comfortable to wear. The front is mesh so it is cooler and breathable. All the straps can be adjusted to suit the individual wearer. It seems well made with no visible defects. One of our puppies chewed a hole in the hydration backpack that we have but, fortunately, the bladder wasn't in it at the time so we've put it into this one and it fits perfect so that's great. Happy to recommend this.
