This face cleanser from Neutrogena is good but could be better. It cleaned the skin well when I was only wearing face cream. However, when I tried it for makeup (as the description mentions that it also removes makeup), I was disappointed to see that the product did not remove makeup fully. I had to use micellar water and another cleaner to ensure the skin was fully cleaned.The cleanser also stung my eyes a little when a tiny bit of it got close to my eye area. As this is a facial product, I note this as a disadvantage.Overall, this cleaner can clean minimal amounts of face products off the skin but would struggle if there is makeup or something else

This was a gentle cleanser that comes in a pump action bottle. A couple of squirts and it was enough to massage into a nice lather for washing my face and neck. The lather is very fine and it is indeed fragrance free. The cleanser seemed to clean well and leave my face feeling hydrated and there was no irritation so the Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid did its job.A little of this goes a long way and at £6.00 I think this is good value for money for those that want to add to their skincare regime.I review based on the price point advertised (including vouchers/discounts where available) but as a Viner I’ve got the goodies free in exchange for this write up. Award criteria below;5* FANTASTIC - Super item at a great price4* GREAT - decent product and good value.3* OK - Nowt wrong but there might be alternatives2* NOT RECOMMENDED - Not worth the price. Functional but mediocre1* AVOID - Very Poor item not fit for purpose.

I have been using this cleanser to wash off make up from my face and it has worked great. It has no fragrance and it’s all water-based 100% recommended as the quality is very good and works well with sensitive skin.

A the time of writing this cleanser is £6 (reduced from £9)Neutrogena is a recognised brand name so expectations wheere high. Overall I would describe this as a lightweight cleanser. It's quite a watery solution and you don't need a lot to work up a good lather.There is a small hint of a scent but nothing too overwhelming or that would cause irritation.It did struggle a bit to remove some breands off eyeliner and when suncream has also been applied.It does leave skin feeling cool and refreshed, but those who wear a bit more make up may be better served elsewhere.

I ordered this facial cleanser from Neutrogena for my partner. It comes in an easy to use pump bottle. The gel itself is quite watery so you don’t need much to do the entire face.It left her skin feeling clean while she didn’t have any sunscreen or makeup on, but unfortunately it wasn’t strong enough to remove/breakdown all of her non waterproof mascara and it didn’t feel like all of her sunscreen was removed as her usual go to cleanser would whilst wearing these. After full removal her did eyes stung a little both times.This product would probably be best for those that don’t really wear makeup or very minimal makeup, and are just starting in their skin care journey.Rating this 4* as it did sting my partners eyes slightly and didn’t breakdown her mascara as expected.
