    The coffeemaker is fine. The size is surprisingly small, but it works fine.The big problem was the delivery which was a day late.I stayed in for two days until the box arrived, four days after ordering.

    Good filter coffee machine and very straightforward to use. Makes good coffee. Just had to get use to size on worktop - this would be a bonus if you were short of worktop space. Ideal for 2 people though, especially since we only use it for morning coffee (Use pod machine during the day). Main problem is that it has slidy feet, so had to put felt pads underneath to keep it from moving every time you touch it. Water level window and on/off switch not easy to see unless you move the machine slightly towards the left.

    Put water in the tank and it just ran straight out the bottom, causing the RCD to trip. Product was unusable and unsafe. Collected and refunded within 24 hrs of it being delivered and found to be faulty. No complaints there.

    Yes, it does make coffee, that's true. However, the filter is way too small to make a decent cup of coffee for more than one mug, about 2 of the cups as measured on the machine, and even that is questionable. So I'm sending it back and go find another one.

    Practical easy to clean doesn't take up much room great for one person but if you want to make more than two coffees takes a bit of time but for the price can't complain my son very happy with it great for students
